Fantastic vacation
Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was one of the best well-stocked homes we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The boys really enjoyed the pool and game room and there was plenty of room for each of us. Close to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training games. Laura was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation Home!
Lots of space for 5 couples! House had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. Lots of extras towels for the pool/hot tub which we used daily. Recommend to add some shelving in the bedrooms without dressers. Would definitely stay again. Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Old Friends, NFL Playoffs and a Great Property!
Every January I meet up with my Class of '87 high school friends from around the country to catch up and watch football. This year we picked this property and had a great time. The hosts were very proactive in communicating about check in and check out and were very accommodating for an early check in and late check out since all 8 of us were flying to this destination. The property is exactly as described and we really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the Arizona 70 degree January weather. The house is large and spread out nicely with plenty of spaces to relax inside and outside. We played a lot of video games in between football watching. The location is an easy drive from the airport. This is the perfect place to stock up on food/drinks and never leave. We cooked in most nights and used the outdoor grill for dinner. We loved our long weekend at this property and would definitely come back.

Golf trip
House was perfect for our golf trip. Darts, hot tub and great food after our rounds. Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool and outdoor area. Laura and Tony were helpful, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely come back.

The house with everything!
This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. They’ve thought of all the things you may want or need on vacation. The pantry has various things such as food, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, ibuprofen, 1st aid kit, baby diapers, lots of blankets, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative to address any concerns.

Perfect retreat after a “super” hot day on the baseball field
Rio crossing met all our needs. We were four families in town for a Perfect Game baseball tournament. The house provided a safe haven for us to retreat and recharge. The pool was perfect and the house had enough extra curricular activities to keep everyone busy. The poker chips were a bonus! Laura was super easy to communicate with and flexible which allowed for a stress free trip. Visiting Arizona. This is the house for you!

Great Experience
We stayed at this home over spring break and it was a wonderful experience! There was plenty of room for our family of 10. The outdoor space was the best from the heated pool, waterfall feature, putting green and hot tub. There was something to entertain everyone. Also, Laura and Tony are incredible hosts. They were unable to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out so they offered to buy us all pizza one night because they felt so bad. They truly went above and beyond.

Amazing Home
We were very fortunate to get to stay a month in this amazing home. This home has everything you want and even things you dream of. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great layout, plus all the little “extras”. Tony & Laura are not only “premier hosts”, they are the BEST and always available if you need something. They have thought of everything when they furnished this home. Our family came and went during the month but everyone had a great time. ( Ages ranged from 72 down to a baby.) We will come back.

This house was perfect for our vacation, time to visit with kids and grandkids, and celebrate Thanksgiving. Laura and Tony are very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in several VBRO's with large groups around the US, and this location was the best by far.

Kristi and her family are incredible guests! The water heater went out and of all days - the night before Thanksgiving! Although attempts were made to repair, due to the holiday they were without hot water an entire day. They were so understanding and gracious and left the house impeccable. If Kristi requests a stay do not hesitate! We would love to have the family back .

Family Vacation
This property was everything we had hoped for and more. Laura and Tony were wonderful. We were a family group of 3 generations getting together for our very first vacation together. The pool was enjoyed by everyone every day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. There were plenty of towels. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The theatre room provided a nice break from the sun. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Laura and Tony. Great for a long weekend getaway
Very clean, easy check-in, and responsive property managers. The home was very thoughtfully prepared including basic food necessities ie coffee, cooking oils, seasonings, condiments, etc so we didn't have to buy the basics in bulk. The beds were also very comfortable and all of the additional amenities made it so we didn't even need to leave the property to enjoy our weekend getaway. The house was very close to the large shopping center and top golf. My only negative remark would be proximity to the airport. I don't consider a 30 minute drive (NO traffic) to be close since there is always traffic and a trip to PHX or MESA was 45 minutes to over an hour one way. Other than that, I'd stay again and would recommend to family and friends!2

Amazing resort like retreat!
Took my softball team here for a weekend tournament. The house had everything and more!! Desert oasis of a backyard. Spacious, relaxing and perfect to just hangout and have fun. Incredibly clean inside and out. Master suite is amazing! And so many rooms everyone fit easily. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. My team is already asking when we can go back. We will def be back!

I went with a group of 12 women to a conference and stayed in this amazing house!! The back yard is phenomenal with the pool, hot tub, fire, games, and several cozy sitting areas. I could have just stayed there the whole time. They thought of everything. We have some great evenings hanging out there. The kitchen was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to sit between kitchen and dining area. Great areas for tv in living area and entertainment room. Bunk bedroom was a nice surprise with comfortable stairs to top bunk making it easy for us older women to use. Master suite was massive. There is no door to bathroom and a see through shower door so took some planning with a group of women to not be awkward. Then there was 1 king room and 3 with full size beds. I misunderstood thinking they were queens, so some of our larger ladies slept on couch and in the theater room. We had a few too many women since there are no mirrors in any bedrooms and the see through shower. Getting ready was tough for 12 women. I will take less next time. I can’t wait to go back!! I will just take into consideration the bed sizes and size of people. I’ll also go buy a couple of cheap full length mirrors for the bedrooms when I get there too. The owners were the best ever as far as communication and taking care of everything that came up. They even had a car we rented. The house was better stocked than any i have stayed in. They took great care to think of everything. Can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect family getaway
We had daily family adventures but our favorite time was getting back to this perfect house. Hours were spent in the pool, cooking great meals and playing games. The beds were comfy, the theatre room was awesome and the tv’s were great. Well worth the price!

Tony and Laura Thurman were fantastic in their communication before our arrival, during our stay and at the time of checkout. I had asked if the kitchen had a crock pot before arriving and Laura informed me that one would be waiting for me when I got there. Believe it or not she had went and purchased a brand new crock pot for our use. That's customer service at its best. House is large and comfortable and the hot tub was hot and the pool warm. No complaints here. We will surely look to book this property again. Thanks for a great time.

Great Location for a golf vacation staying west of Phoenix
There are several courses within a 5 miles of the home. There are many good courses within 20 miles. Good shopping close for food. Had six guys in the house. We will rent again.

Great Reunion Spot
We had a great stay at Rio Crossing. Laura was SUPER responsive with questions and very helpful throughout the process. She was happy to work with us, even when we had pandemic-related issues. She offered check-in flexibility and all instructions were clear to follow. We chose this location as a guy's trip to watch football playoffs. We loved the theater room, it was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the weekend games. The backyard was amazing as well, the pool was nicely heated and cornhole/putting green was used frequently. It was a super relaxing weekend where everyone in our party had a blast. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Perfect home with lots of amenities!
We had such an amazing time at this beautiful home! The pool was so warm that our toddlers got in the pool several times during our stay, even though it was about 60 degrees outside. The game room was a nice treat for the adults to “get out” when the kids went to bed. Tony and Laura were very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

First rate with thoughtful owners
The property comfortably accommodated my wife and me plus our two daughters and their families. The home has many amenities provided by the owners. For example, there are two soccer nets and soccer balls in the garage. The park at the end of the street was a great place for my grandchildren to use them. This was one of many touches that added to our stay.

Exceeded Expectations
This house was perfect for our multi generational family getting together for a wedding. It was like a our own little private resort. The kitchen was very well equipped and six bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, and the putting green in the back yard. The shallow area of the pool with chairs in the water was a great place to relax. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Great experience!
Some friends and I rented the house while we were playing in a tennis tournament nearby. The listing appeared to have everything we needed and more. When we arrived at the property it was very clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The layout was perfect for the six of us and had plenty of room for us to relax after playing. The kitchen was very large and allowed all of us to be in the same room while making breakfast, packing lunch, and getting out the door. We LOVED the pool and hot tub, especially the adirondacks under the umbrella in the pool. There was one minor maintenance issue with a toilet running and Laura (owner) handled it beautifully! She responded immediately to my message and before we knew it, a handyman was there to make the repair. She followed up afterward to make sure that everything was ok. She was a great host and this awesome house was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend it!!

sells drive fun !
A better experience than hoped for. We were met by Tony upon arrival, and he showed us all around the home and grounds. We unpacked ,and went in the pool -like a wet Heaven ! We stayed up past our bedtimes just eating and talking, playing cornhole. The rest of our 4 night stay was just about the same - everything that we needed was there for us. Laura was a lot of help before we departed for our adventure, and answered any questions we had , and was a real pleasure to talk to. We all agreed that this was the best home we have stayed at in Arizona in the last 10 years. We will hopefully be back . Thanks again Tony and Laura for a wonderful experience !!

Family Away Staycation
This house was perfect for our family "get out of town" Staycation. We didn't want to stay in a hotel or resort. We wanted to prepare our meals and be together without the crowds. This was better and had everything we needed, including a baby crib and high chair. Used the Grill every night and the kitchen was well supplied with everything, including spices. We made the quick run down to Fry's for supplies. The new pool is beautiful. The hot tub clean and hot. The theater upstairs was really fun, and the shuffleboard in the bar/game room was a blast. The Pac-Man tournaments were epic and I hold the high score for Galaga. The rooms are large and the master bedroom is huge. All, including the non-golfers, used the putting green. We had big smiles all week and never really HAD to leave the house. However, we did slip over to Westgate, had lunch, spent a fun afternoon driving balls over at Top Golf, did a couple of little hikes, and explored the Desert Botanical Garden. Our Hosts were attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you for a great memory and a much-needed retreat away with our adult children.

AMAZING SPRING BREAK
Three families from the cold state of MN decided to head south for spring break. We often go to Phoenix or Scottsdale, but when we found this house we decided it was perfect for our trip. FIRST, the property owners Laura and Tony were AMAZING. Beyond nice, so easy to communicate with, and quick to reply to any question we had! SECOND, the pool and outdoor space is absolutely perfect. We had 6 adults and 7 kids. There is a shallow spot with two adirondack chairs and an umbrella that make it perfect to relax. Also there is step to sit on across the entire side of the pool. Pool toys are provided and it’s heated. The hot tub was perfect during the evening. Putting green and the corn hole boards kept the kids busy too! We sat at the patio table outside every morning and night. GAME ROOM, this was perfect for the kids and adults that needed a break from the sunshine. 50 games plus on the gaming console, shuffle board, and darts too. A bar with extra cups and a mini fridge was good for our over stock of beverages. KITCHEN, was huge. Perfect to cook all our meals. The owners had spices at the house, and coffee filters (2 coffee pots - k cups and coffee pots). Tons of plastic cups and dishes for poolside! Tons of pots and pans for cooking. LIVING ROOM, I said every day I wish I could take the couch home with me on the plane! It is huge and so comfy. Perfect to enjoy a few march madness games. Board games and books to enjoy too. UPSTAIRS, 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and the theatre room. The linens are so comfortable. Ceiling fans keep you cool too. The theatre area was so amazing too. The TV is HUGE with LED lights and the most comfy theatre chairs! I could go on and on how much I loved this house. I would give this an even higher rating if i could.
