March in Tempe is Lovely

The Boho Casita was very adequate for our purposes of coming into town for the innings fest at Tempe Beach Park. It was a compact space and felt cozy rather than overly small. The bathroom was efficient but was the only awkward space in the unit. The neighborhood was so quiet and we did a lot of walking to and from the festival and downtown dining. Super convenient! Would recommend

Perfect for our needs and short stay in Phoenix area

My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street. Thankfully, “free” parking was literally on the same street just a few feet a way. Thank you again for a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Bonus: there were K Cups, and a snack basket to welcome us!!

The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning.

ASU area

When we got there we had to contact owner. No hot water, or parking pass . Next day custodian came and helped. Internet was poor which made it tough to contact owner.
