Amazing place

Our family absolutely loved the property and all of its amenities. It is a perfect place for a family getaway and close to restaurants and fun activities in Gilbert. We will be making another trip soon.

Great stay

We really enjoyed this house for our large extended family. Lots of room to spread out. The backyard was wonderful with a great Bbq area and sparkling clean pool. Everyone loved the house and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Truly above and beyond expectations in every way. Shannon was amazing and so kind. The home was perfect- more than perfect! We were blown away by all the amenities. Every room was lovely. The backyard was like its own resort. The kitchen and two livingrooms huge and beautifully decorated. Extra touches everywhere. They were so nice to be able to give us early and late checkouts. There is an old song “You can tell when there’s love in a home.” And you can feel the love here and attention to detail and welcoming feeling. We really hope to rent again.
We had a girlfriend gathering for 4 days and played like we were kids again. (We are all over 60!) a healing and blessed and fun fun time! Could not have been happier or more impressed

Wonderful stay

We came down for some sunshine and to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house was great and beyond what we expected. The hosts were so easy to work with and accommodating. We spent most of the time outside, enjoying the pool and all of the outdoor activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Vacation

I agree with other reviewers, the photos are exactly what this beautiful home looks like in person! Inside is well laid out with lots of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Then, the backyard was perfect for everyone.....pool, putting green, swing/playset, and daybed swing was always being used. We enjoyed the area cities of Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale, and we made one long day trip up to see the Grand Canyon! We hope to return someday and I would definitely recommend this home to family & friends!

We had a great stay at Sweet Terrace Living. The owners were responsive to an issue we had during our stay. They have everything you could need at the house and the outdoor space is amazing. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and all had a great time!

Amazing house

The house was very nice, clean, and had everything you needed. The backyard amenities made our vacation perfect. We did leave the house to see Sedona and Old Town Scottsdale but on the days we stayed in we had plenty to do. Will book again!!!

AMAZING!

This property has everything you need for an amazing week in Arizona! This home was so incredibly clean, homey, fun, cozy, accommodating, and we will be back 100%! I cannot recommend this home more! We have a large family, 6 adults and 4 kids and we fit so well and felt right at home! The pool, basketball court, putting green, fireplace, all was very entertaining for the kids and the adults!

Perfect Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was just perfect and tastefully done. We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding, so we had a house full of family. We were all able to enjoy the space without getting in each other’s way. The house is perfectly set up for entertaining a large group very comfortably. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Excellent Choice!

10 of us came down from MN for a family vacation and once we checked in we didnt leave until we had to. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kids were entertained at all times. Pool and waterside were a hit - pool heat is worth it, water was SO warm! ( we did put pool covers on each night) Adults especially enjoyed the grilling station and outdoor fridge , table and TV and comfortable firm beds. The ninja blender for margaritas an smoothies! Portable outdoor heater was awesome for the evening card games. Great location near lots of things. We loved our stay!

Excellant Property for Family Vacation

The house had everything as advertised and then some! Great big house and great that each room has queen or king beds. Master bed and bathroom is huge and amazing. The pool at night with the lights and the outdoor patio was great for kids and adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with any pot, pan, appliance, spices, everything. They do a great job to set you up for a great stay with minimal needs to bring in other than food. Putting green and other yard games are great when you dont want to sit in the heated pool. All around 5 stars.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience. Initial communication was very straightforward and responses to inquiries was prompt and helpful. The home is easily accessible from either airport. It is in a very nice location. Amenities were wonderful. Plenty of space to spread out throughout the house as well as the backyard. Outdoor space was wonderful and we spent a lot of time outdoors. kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of. Property owner checked in after the first night and on day of departure. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Nothing short of perfect!

This property worked so well for our family and grandparents with the separation of rooms! The kitchen was more stocked than any other property I’ve stayed in. Towels galore so you aren’t searching for the ONE you need. Outside area and huge pool were amazing! You don’t even need to leave! Our kids used the slide so many times! Just perfect! There are also all the baby items you would need included with your stay. Communication with the property manager was timely and easy. They were very accommodating with a late check out as well. Perfect location near activities, a mall, and tons of restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

FANTASTIC Home ! ! !

So many wonderful things to say about this rental!! It had everything and more to offer our family while we enjoyed our Christmas week vacation in beautiful Arizona! The home was clean, inviting, relaxing, and the cute Christmas decor upon arrival made us all smile! 😊 The backyard was wonderful!! Anything you could ever want in a vacation rental. Something for everyone. Pool, slide, putting green, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, and a comfy day bed swing to enjoy an afternoon nap. Bikes to go exploring too! The kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need and the welcoming basket with goodies was a sweet surprise after a long day of traveling. We will definitely rent this home again! Above and Beyond Expectations

There were 10 of us flew in for a funeral, needless to say we all needed a little TLC. Shannon was amazing to work with from the very beginning; kind, patient and understanding. We arrived late in evening and were greeted by a beautiful arragement of flowers and a hand written sympathy card. I have rented several homes during my travels but never one that made feel like was wanted and belonged there. The property is amazing, every detail and extra touches are provided. The cleanliness was impeccable, inside and out. The home is large and spacious, everyone had a bed and that is not hard to find at an affordable price. We spent most of our free time outside enjoying the pool, out door kitchen and the awesome swinging lounger. I can't enough about how amazing the managment team and the property are.
