Over Priced

We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture is in dire need of updating. Over all, the rental met our needs but was significantly over priced.

Convenient location/nicely stocked

Nice size for two people. Convenient location to highways. I liked that everything we needed was already stocked. Dishwasher pods, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters etc…..we were not always realizing we needed some household basic we did not have. Like a garbage bag, for example.

Two weeks in Mesa.

Pool maintenance and furniture sub-par, grass and pine needles in poor. Water was too cold to swim in. Property was clean and nice but parking spot numbers were not clearly marked. Overall we had a great visit.

It was nice. The outside of the complex could use some repainting. The pictures made the rental look nice and cozy. There weren't any throw pillows or a rug in the living room. The bedding wasnt nearly as nice as pictured but it met our needs. I would have looked for a less expensive place had I known more of the details. John was great at getting family in the house as it was very confusing. All in all, it was fine.

Quiet unit in a complex with dozens of similar condos. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, perfect place for two couples. We only cooked once and were pleased with the newer gas grill. Would come back and recommend. Only minor issue was with knowing where to park. Space numbers were worn away. We figured out the under cover one was the second from the right. The uncovered ones were more difficult and not in numerical order. Note: code given is for inside front door, not the lockbox on the gate.

Easy to get anywhere from this location, especially Sloan Park (Cubs Spring Training). The place was clean and had all we needed. Sasha got right back to us anytime we had a question.

Stayed here while visiting a friend in Chandler. The home is even nicer than the photos. Great little enclosed yard for our dog! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, some even walking distance. Perfect for a trip to Phoenix

Property was very clean. The backyard was well kept and nice to sit out with my puppy. Only hard part was checking in late at night it would’ve been nice to have some directions on where the home was located in the community (hard to find for the first time at night). But the host was quick at getting back to me even late at night!

Fantastic little townhome in a quiet spot! Remodeled, everything is in great condition, and they do a wonderful job of stocking it with things you may need, washer and dryer is handy.

Great value - nice place!

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, and the place was exactly as described in the details. The yard was perfect for our dogs and the fact that it is an end unit tucked away, made it very quiet and private. We had a small hiccup with the door and water, but the property manager resolved things very quickly - much appreciated! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Home away from home

This was a perfect place for us. Quiet, easy access and nice enclosed patio area. Grandkids came and played in the pool and hung out. Some little maintenance things that should be addressed (dryer wouldn't heat up and some outlets didn't work) but am confident that those will get worked out. We will stay here again.

A true home away from home!

If you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like home, this is it. From salt & pepper to beach towels this home had everything we needed. The home is modern, safe, clean and comfortably accommodates 4 guests. We did use the swimming pool and grill on site. We would definitely rent this home again. Our only complaint is that this home says sleeps 5. Our 5th person really struggled to sleep on the couch in the living room. Partly because of the couch and partly because there were no extra blankets. If you have 4 or less guests this home is perfect!

Numerous maintenance issues

No mattress pads, fitted sheets weren't , stains on comforter. No screens - had issues with mosquitoes in the unit at time of arrival. Ongoing problems with entry pad process, bad batteries were cause. Probably the world's most uncomfortable sofa in living room. The bi fold door in the small bedroom was off the hinges and just stuffed into the closet. Problem with the laundry bi-fold door off the track-but we fixed that. Most annoying - because management was aware of the door situation. The dyer was not working correctly. The dishwasher was left full by the cleaning staff for us to empty. The unit has been fully remodeled...but there are these issues which made this score so poorly. Only remedy for mosquitoes was for us to go out and purchase bug spray at 9 pm. Same solution for bad batteries- we again had to purchase to gain access to unit.
