This house was the perfect place for my family to spend a night together in tempe. The pictures are very accurate and the kitchen is incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I was extremely lucky in being able to book this property on short notice & happy that I did. The property is exactly as described. Great house, the family loved it. Everyone had their own space & were comfortable. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Felt perfectly safe. Do not miss out booking this spot! You won’t regret it! The only thing we regret is not being able to utilize all the amenities this house has to offer!! We will stay here again & the host is extremely easy to work with. Great communication!!

I loved this property from the moment I seen the pictures. The pictures does not do enough justice. The neighborhood was pretty quiet no issues or problems. If you are looking and thinking about booking go ahead and book. The rooms don’t have tv some like tv for bed but I was still fine without. I definitely will book again

We absolutely loved this property. It's spacious, clean and welcoming. This property went beyond our expectations. Easy access to the interstate. Check-in and out instructions were simple. Definitely plan to stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Did a client event for the WM Tues-Thursday and switched to this location for the weekend. Had family and friends 7 total ... house was perfect, unfortunately weather wasn't so the fact the house was so comfortable made the weekend better.

My sister, cousin, and I decided to take our 80+ year old mothers to visit their sister in Mesa. We were looking for a house in the area where we could each have our own bedrooms. The description, when we booked, incorrectly identified this house as having more bedrooms and bathrooms than it actually has. The listing has been corrected since then. We did not have our own bedrooms and bathrooms as expected but the rest of the house made up for that disappointment. This property is clean, has been recently updated, and comes equipped with just about everything we needed from pool towels to wonderful bathroom products. The kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils were perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is lovely and close to highway access. A few suggestions to make guests’ stays more enjoyable would be to have a binder/book on site to provide instructions for trash day information and how to work the various electronics in the house. We struggled to figure out how to adjust the thermostat, work the television, and use the electric stovetop. Also, communication with guests the day before check-in and check-out rather than just the day off would be appreciated. This property really is a gem that we will be sure to recommend (and use ourselves) for travels to the area.

Beautiful home. Newly remodeled. At first site, absolutely gorgeous! Sadly, the dirtiest house we’ve ever stayed in. Black scuff marks on the walls. Hair and dirt on all the bed sheets. The PM was quick to respond & apologize & told us where the key was to the linen closet. That said, we spend the next morning (we got in late our first night) washing sheets, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms. There was a huge pile of towels left on top the wash machine-I guess we were supposed to put them away. They sent a “new” cleaning lady the next day @ 2-she was great. Upon check out, we asked for our cleaning deposit to be refunded & crickets. No response. Bedroom floors were filthy. Hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long. You could see splatters of stuff that spilled. Same with the mirrors in each room. The rugs bordering each bed were disgusting & need to be replaced. We wore our shoes the entire time because our white socks turned black. Dont use the pillows with shams-had drool marks on them. Decor pillows on the couches and chairs looked worn and need to be replaced. Chip crumbs underneath & in the couch. Dining table & chairs were filthy with crumbs, spill marks & finger prints. Outdoor furniture was so dirty couldn’t sit in it. Weeds filled the rock surrounding the pool. Have SO much more but out of space. Our rate was great compared to what I see now(upwards of $500 a night. I would be outraged if I spent that kind of money on this house. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
