Spring break

House was perfect for our group. The backyard area was the main reason for renting this place and it did not disappoint. Lots of room to enjoy AZ outdoor living. Owners are very attentive. Directions and instructions were very clear. Good location, close to freeway access.

The perfect Peoria stay!

The house was perfect for our stay. Close to everything we needed! The pool was amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. The home itself was larger than what we needed but we booked for the outdoor space and it did not disappoint. Hosts were very accommodating of a last minute flight change and always available when questions came up. Will absolutely be booking this home again on our next stay!

The property was spacious for all living areas and had everything we needed. There are only two bathrooms but both were great! The communication with the host was top notch , we had one small issue we needed addressed during our stay and they immediately took care of it. We didn’t use the back yard and pool as much as we should have due to time constraints but it was huge .

Beautiful Home w/ SO much Space!

From booking, pre-arrival/arrival and throughout our stay, the Cadaci team did a fantastic job! The home was everything the post stated and more! Very clean, well-stocked and beautifully done. The yard was amazing and location was perfect! We’ll be renting again as it would work great for our family gatherings! Clean, well-appointed, great location!

The property is in a great location—near 101, many shopping centers, and baseball fields. The house is super clean and well appointed with everything you need. The yard is large and it was perfect for our puppy. Communication with the owners was super easy and efficient. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay

Nice clean place to stay overall. The only downfall was the master bedroom gets warm while the other parts of the house is very cool. Temp outside during our stay was 100-105. The pool was nice and refreshing. Thx again.

This property was perfect for our family get away from Texas. The house was so beautiful and stocked with everything needed. Peoria Az is a beautiful town. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests. A+

Outstanding indoor and outdoor spaces!

As a newly listed vacation rental, this property had no reviews when we choose to book our stay. So glad we took that chance. The photos represent the place very accurately! It is quite spacious indoors and the outdoor space is a notch above any other place we have stayed in the area. We visit annually for Spring Break or Easter to see an elderly family member who lives in the area. We have two families that come from different places. The location was ideal for us and would also be perfect for families visiting for Spring Training games or other sporting events. We didn't have small children with our group, this time, but it would have worked well with children. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with quick access to major roads, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Garage parking was a nice feature we don't always find. We look forward to coming back!

The house is clean. Very big house and great for big families! It has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. It has a nice pool with the gate; which is really helpful if you have a toddler! Communication the owners was really easy. They checked in with us via text throughout the stay; to see if we need anything. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home to everyone!
