RELAX & unwind in this very cozy and comfortable unit in the Valley of the Sun! Welcome to Vintage at Grayhawk - a high-end gated master planned community in an absolute fabulous location. 1/2 mile walk (one way 12 minute walk) to Starbucks, grocery, shopping, and fantastic restaurants/bars!! The unit is a ground level condo (no stairs or steps) with it's own private entrance and an attached garage. The 3br/2bath layout offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, west facing balcony, (beautiful sunsets) 3 flat screen smart TV's, pool, and hot tub. A short 5 minute drive away are 2 championship Phil Mickelson golf courses (Talon & Raptor). There are more than 200 other golf courses in the area, luxurious spa and wellness resorts, hundreds of restaurants, outstanding shopping, Mayo Clinic, as well as cultural and entertainment options too numerous to mention. Approximately 1650 sqft.

We stayed for a week with two adults and two teens. The place was better than described in the listing! The pool and workout room were very close and we walk to the park and stores/restaurants. Condo had a lot of extra perks and was very clean. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

This is a very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable condo up a gated community in the Grayhawk area of North Scottsdale. Exactly as advertised, if not better. Perfect location and neighborhoods for nice, long walks and plenty of nearby restaurants to satisfy anyone's dining preferences. Anything and everything one might need was provided by the owners..., to include a very nice welcome card, chocolates, water and a bottle of wine - thank you very much! :) Clear, concise and complete communications with the owners. A 5+ star stay all the way. Will definitely add to our list of 'do it again' places to stay.
