Beautiful open concept layout caters to social interaction with inviting pool views from main living area and primary suite, both with outdoor access onto a large, covered patio. The outdoor pool provides enjoyment and relaxation any time of day.

Practice your putting skills on your private green or bask in the sun on the large pool deck area. Grill your perfect meal in the shade and enjoy the fruits of your labor indoors or outside.
This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home provides you with comfort and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The well stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy on the covered patio, indoor table with seating for 6 or at the breakfast bar.

NOTE: Only children over the age of 6 years are allowed on our property due to Arizona swimming pool regulations. No Exceptions.

** There is video surveillance at the front of the home for security purposes. **

This award-winning community in Goodyear is located in the foothills of the Estrella Mountains. Plenty of amenities are nearby make your stay more enjoyable. This home was awesome inside and out. In a nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Everything in the home was up to date not old. Host was very friendly and replied to messages promptly. Would stay here again for sure. Close to a grocery and drug store and fast food restaurants.

Everything was in excellent condition. Clean with well appointed extras in the kitchen especifically. The pool was unusable do to lack of heat. Will not rent another VRBO again without checking that the pool is heated. Additionally, we had no control of the house heating/cooling, sleeping was disturbed by the hot room temperatures. Security system motion sensor in the bedroom flashed a bright light waking on or the other of us whenever the other person moved beyond the bed.

Amazing beautiful location

I was very happy with the stay, the house was amazing, very clean and they had everything we could ever need, the pool was amazing and we had a blast! We traveled in for our son’s graduation and it was perfect! We were able to cook at the house and enjoy, the pool and have an amazing time!

Perfect Stay

House is as advertised and more...great amenities, very clean, comfortable beds, awesome pool. Communication and responses from the host was quick...a pleasure to deal with them. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet community...very close to groceries (8 min) and restaurants in Goodyear (10-15 min). Would absolutely stay here again when back in Arizona.

This property is a little out of the way, yet close enough to enjoy what the city has to offer while staying in a more quiet and serene location. Wonderful house, winding roads

This house is great! The pool is not deep so its perfect for people who wanna lounge and socialize. The owners try to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible. They even left a guide to the state and coupons for local attractions. I would definitely rent again

Quiet and Relaxing Oasis

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to many amenities. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool. I really appreciated all the information Kent left as far as suggestions as to what places to visit. The house is super cute and comfy. I hope it’s available next time we’re in Arizona.
