Lovely Kiva model (1278 sq ft) in The Grand. 2bd/2ba. Sip a cool glass of ice tea under the umbrella on the large front patio, or retreat to the quiet of the backyard patio to watch the bunnies frolic and play. Comfortable, fully furnished, with an open floor plan. Two bikes, two folding camp chairs and a grill for you to use. Close to fitness centers, golf, pickleball, tennis and aquatics. Beautiful landscaped yard and neighborhood attract lots of quail. No pets/smoking.

Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, and the owner had paid particular attention to items we would needed to fix meals at home. Owner was very responsive to our questions and observations. Easy access to major thoroughfares to travel in and around the NW valley.

Great place
Such a great house with the best hosts! We loved the space, loved the backyard with all the quail and truly enjoyed our time there. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed, both Tim and Connie were easy to get ahold of and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question and were always so helpful! We had some small issues with the trash and wifi that were both fixed and in a timely manner. Next time we are back in AZ we will definitely be back to their place again! Thank you!
