First time to Arizona for vacation and this property was very nice, clean, and near many things in the Scottsdale area. We were frustrated that he were specifically looking for a heated pool which was advertised. We were notified 1-2 days before our trip the heated pool was not available. In our opinion, this should have been addressed upfront and we were in a situation where it was too late to make a change. On the flip side, we were reimbursed for the cost of the pool, but still that was a focal point for us booking this specific VRBO. GoodNight Stay staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay and was quick to respond to our questions.

I had to contact customer service for basic things like check in instructions and access. Then again for a WiFi password. The house had a horrible smell like trash or old food. Very disappointing.
