Experience Peoria like a local in this 1-bedroom cottage. This lovely property offers essential amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine, and WiFi. A full kitchen, barstools and dining area. even a desk and printer. A nice spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. A shared pool and BBQ grille is available too. 1000 sq ft cottage with a King size purple bed.

This is a casita with a separate gated entry. There is NOT a covered garage or carport available. There are 2 parking g space available. You will have a gate opener and it’s a keyless casita entry with your own code. The host is residing in the main home.

The home has 2 dogs an Aussie and a mini Doodle, that are friendly and running around the 1.5 acre parcel that is entirely gated. They are mainly inside the main home.
