Stayed here for a few days while visiting family in Phoenix. We come to town often and have stayed at several places in this area. This place is one of our favorites. We travel with our dogs and liked the convenience of the park right out the door, lots of grassy areas. The unit is at the end and very quiet. Our dogs often bark if there are people walking by or other dogs and this time they were pretty quiet. Most of the people we saw had dogs and were friendly. The townhouse is set up great for traveling with dogs. There is a nice private fenced in patio and even a doggy door. The kitchen was small but well stocked with anything you could need to cook meals. The coffee pods and water cooler were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and homey. The host was easy to contact and helpful and provided clear check in instructions and directions to the house. We hope to stay there again on a future trip.

This was a wonderful stay! Not only did the house look just like the pictures and had all the amenities I needed plus more, but it had wonderful scenery to walk around outside. I had to come to Scottsdale for work so I decided to bring the family and make a trip out of it. My son took one room and my husband and I took the other. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we wanted. My son loved the pool and nearby park. My husband and I loved how quiet it was but close to everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing and Larry was proactive and so helpful with communication ahead of the visit. Based on the listing, we thought the community pool would be heated, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t. That said, access to the park was great and it made for an ideal stay with a dog.

Location, location - this condo is steps away from the walking path and convenient to downtown Scottsdale, the 101, grocery, etc. Everything about the property was great. Super clean, well-equipped, easy check in. In fact, I tried to re-book it during my stay, but sadly it was already booked for the dates I needed. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying here for almost a week. It was extremely clean; haven’t been in a place as clean as this one. Larry, the host, was very responsive to us when we arrived the first day. He accommodated us as well, allowing us to check in early. The location is one of the best - very close to downtown Scottsdale. A very nice walking area with a lake behind the apartment. Extremely safe neighborhood as well.

A Welcome Retreat and Reunion

For our family it was the perfect choice and meeting place to reunite with family we had not seen all year. The Host was AMAZING and the home had everything we needed. Just the right size and it felt like home where we could cook our meals and relax in comfort. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. We would absolutely choose this place again in the future. It is beautifully located and the walks from the front door to the lake and park were very enjoyable. Our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the HOST and we highly recommend staying here.

The property is exactly as it is described. It is in a great location and easy to get to. Plenty of space once inside. The back patio and hot tub are definite pluses. I rented this house because I was in town for a 60th bday celebration.This property came with all the amenities we needed,especially the pool n hot tub which was a plus.There were a few stores within walking distance.as well as a super Walmart.I met the host Larry the first day I arrived,very nice,answered all my questions and concerns I had.When I come back to Arizona,I would love to stay here again

Great location. Great Host. Nice adjacent Park. Centrally located.

Larry is a great host. The property is clean, comfortable, just me and my son for baseball tournament but it can sleep more than 2 people easily. I like Scottsdale as it is centrally located. My only issue was it took me some time to figure out the smart TV, but I did figure it out. If you want sports ESPN you have to use Apple TV. I also liked the private hot tub after a day of baseball. The Park next door is fantastic. Nice walking if not too hot. I would stay again, best thing I can say is I will be back!
