Hi Nancy, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: Our goal has always been to provide a spotless condo for our guests without using harsh chemicals or scented cleaning products. None of our guests have ever mentioned this, but we truly appreciate your feedback. The sheets and towels are currently washed with Tide detergent, which is unscented. However, we have asked our cleaning crew to provide a complete list of all products used in the cleaning process. If we find anything with a scent, it will not be used anymore.
