Wonderful property and location

Beautifully decorated, and super comfy. Property manager Marci was extremely accommodating. My husband and I rate this property 5 star!! It’s nice to arrive somewhere that has all the feels of home.. Will stay here again!!!

From the guest book we left: Dear Marci and Rolland, Thank you so much for your hospitality during our long stay in your nice and peaceful place. Reception Retreat

This property is lovely and was convenient for our stay. Our daughter's wedding reception was at a venue nearby, and we were very pleased with the proximity to everything. We enjoyed a peaceful, quiet stay in a perfect location. Our lodging was VERY clean and we appreciated everything about the place.

The property was a pleasant change from a busy city setting yet only minutes away from places we wanted to see. The hosts were amazing. we were treated like extended family. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

The pictures do this place justice. It is as it looks in the pics. Very clean and tastefully decorated! Roland and Marci were responsive very friendly hosts! I would rent again from them.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly and attentive hosts. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Walkable area. Mesa Historical Museum nearby. Great yard with local "wildlife". Good birding, in the yard and neighborhood and nearby. We hope to visit again.

Couldnt ask for anything better!

First, the hosts are amazing! Loction is perfect for what we wanted. If it wasnt for that elusive tea kettle (a funny story). The bed was comfortable. Loved itAbsolutely! Absolutely.

Perfection

To say our stay was perfect is an understatement! The instructions and communication were precise and the location was a dream! The bed was our favorite of any location we’ve stayed! Everything was even better than pictured! Marci and Roland were so kind and hearing the animals in the area (horses, etc) was so cute! We will be back!

Quiet & Serene.

Beautiful outdoor space on acreage. The neighbors had dogs and horses & a couple of mules. Birds singing galore giving us a morning symphony of all our own.

Cute and comfortable

Had a nice stay here. The place is nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Perfect for one person or a couple. Marci was great answering all my questions while I got settled in. I had some trouble with the keyless entry but mostly because I'm not familiar with them. I would stay here again and will recommend to family or friends.

Feels like home

Marci was an excellent host. Communication was top notch. Very friendly. The rental was perfect for two people. Very clean and had everything you need. With the animals around it felt like home cause we live in the country in Wisconsin. Yet it’s right in town. Marci was so extremely helpful when I had some minor medical issue to deal with. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to rent from again

Outdoor enthusiasts enjoyed it!

Truly “Country Living in the City”. The property is exactly as listed. Hubby and I spent 3 weeks here. Property is very convenient to the freeway system, allowing access to the entire metro area. We hiked or biked every day, in all parts of the valley. We were able to hike many mountain areas… all within a 50 minute drive. After an exhausting day of hiking/biking, we enjoyed relaxing on the new brick patio in the evening. We cooked and ate in nightly (kitchen fully equipped). If you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this property will not disappoint. Highly recommend. Thank you Marci and Roland!

Guesthouse Gem

If you’re looking for a clean,comfortable and quiet place to stay,this is it! This guesthouse has absolutely everything you need, is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower has great water pressure.The surroundings are beautiful and make you feel like you’re out in the country with horses,cows and donkeys.There is an outdoor sitting area to enjoy as well. The hosts Marci and Roland are wonderful people and are right there on the property should you need anything. I would go back there in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this guesthouse! Feels like home!

Fabulous hosts, fabulous home. Super clean with a very comfortable bed! If I find myself coming to the Phoenix area again, which I hope I will, I would plan my trip around Marci having availability! Great stay!

Comfortable unit

The location was perfect for us. It was rural in its setting, but a short distance to the Tempe, Scottsdale areas. The space is very tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed and the bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again if we are in the area.

My Mesa Oasis

This property was everything I hoped it would be for my Arizona adventures. Communication with the host was so warm and informative. When I arrived, I could immediately enter the property through the self check-in process. I was delighted with the tasteful decor and the clean and cozy feel. The host thoughtfully supplied everything I needed, and everything I didn't know I needed. A laundry hamper? Genius! I spent about half my vacation at the VRBO and the other half at activities in Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tucson, and even the Gila Valley. It served as a wonderful base location, as it was close to the highways but removed from the congestion of the city. I loved hearing birds, horses, dogs, and children during my stay. Since I cooked all my meals, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. It had all of the silverware, flatware, cooking utensils, and cooking ware I needed. The office nook was perfect for my computer setup. The bathroom is beautifully appointed, and after my stay, I decided I needed to get a bidet attachment for my toilet! I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed and had plenty of closet space. I enjoyed hanging out in the living room with the large TV as well. My host was lovely and made sure I had everything I needed. We connected on our love for beautiful music. By the end of the week, it felt like home. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

A little bit of country right in the town of Mesa

Absolutely everything that was explained in the description was spot on. Its a well kept small ranch with horses,chickens and a donkey nearby. Marci and Rolland were very gracious hosts. We enjoyed their company and can feel the pride they have for their little slice of paradise in the country . Amazing sunsets through the silhouettes of trees. We loved our month stay.

Lovely Country Setting - Convenient Location

Quiet - lovely home with all that is needed. The sounds of horses, birds and an occasional mule topped off the experience. Very comfortable bed!

Wonderful place to stay
