GREAT STAY

Awesome stay. Really nice apartment complex with community pool and community center with pool table, shuffle board, and video games (kids loved playing pool). Host communication was amazing....immediate text responses. Apartment is close to Glendale entertainment district, outlet mall, and freeway. Will stay here again in the future for sure!

Poor management

Not listed as third floor NO Elevator! I’m traveling for work and out in AZ for over a month and have 2 large heavy bags. There is a “FOB” that opens gym and pool. I moved to this location as It was near where I am training staff and wanted a gym and pool as my prior VRBO did not have that. Well I could not access the pool or gym the entire stay as someone had taken the fob. Trying to communicate and contact is painful and response just stinks. Garbage is strewn all over and the cleanliness of stairs and open walk area is poor. I would not recommend. There are better options

This condo was completely filthy, covered in dog hair, insane amount of dog hair on everything, this house needs a majors deep cleaning. The low quality bedding was dirty and wrinkled upon arrival, I sent pictures but they did nothing. The towels were old and discolored, the mattresses felt like a brick, worst pillows. The couch had many stains, broken patio furniture, broken chair in bedroom. A complete filthy nightmare. The location is nice but I recommend staying away from this dirty place

There is no elevator

I liked the location, the suite. Very comfortable and easy to get around. Unfortunately, the pool was out-of-order the week we stayed..
