Great place-would definitely stay again.
Beautiful property. Pool area, lobby, and workout gym were all great. The room was very nice, comfortable, decently clean ( floors could use a little more attention near walls/corners/cabinets), and well decorated. No complaints. All was as advertised in the listing. The only things we would suggest would be (1.) a more streamlined/easy check in. It is all digital, which was nice, but just cumbersome. We were getting emails and texts both, things from “Hello” and things from VRBO. It just was more confusing and stressful than it needed to be to find parking info, door code into building, code to elevator, code to room, and how to use each of these three different key pads. Trying to find the right text or email out of A LOT of them that had the information was stressful in the moment. And (2.) a suggestion would be to have a small book for guests in the room detailing specifics like how to use the key fob that is provided, (we thought it wasn’t working because we weren’t holding to the correct area of the keypad), where the workout room and pool access is ( what floor etc). Luckily, we met many nice people who lived in the building while we were trying to figure things out that were very helpful.
