Very spacious property with 4 bedrooms for my family of 8 to sleep comfortably. Pool and outdoor lounging area was great. Running/walking path behind the house as well. Property management company was very attentive and responsive. Very centrally located near stores and Old Town Scottsdale. Pleasurable stay.

Fun in the Sun

We stayed in this home for three nights in early May. Overall the home was comfortable, the decor was nice, and the location was great. We paid extra to be able to check in early, but then the access code wouldn't work. Luckily the management was able to get us in after a quick phone call. Everything felt very clean inside, but the outside needed a bit more care. The patio was dusty and had graduation confetti remnants from the last guests, and the outdoor table had bird droppings that should've been cleaned. Other than that, everything was great.

Desert Daze

Very nice and spacious. It really accommodated our needs.Just a couple of things that we would recommend..... provide Kleenex, make sure propane tank is filled (we were ready to grill and it was empty) ice dispenser quit working and I reported it and they wanted me to take pictures of it and send someone out. Didn't want to deal with it so we bought ice.

As Expected ….

The property was well kept but not exceptionally clean .. it was comfortable but lacked the wow factor.. There was no garage remote which made it quirky to get in and out … there was no full propane rank in the fire pit , it was empty .. the sliding door alarms were not working properly… there was no first aid kit available … the walls and doors were full and dingy due to flat white paint… the old and dated coffee pot did not work , but the single serve pod maker did .. Overall the stay was as expected and 4star , but there is definitely room for improvement to make this a 5star stay
