Welcome to Zen Yard! A hip one bedroom space in the thriving Phoenix Midtown area. Professionally decorated with style and comfort in mind. No details were overlooked in making this a top spot to stay for the area. Queen sized bed with top of line bedding and mattress in bedroom. Great room concept which features comfy couch, tv, dining table , and fully functional kitchen. Front patio with seating for 4! Located near populardining and nightlife options. A memorable vacation experience awaits!

Professionally designed space in a unique complex in the popular mid town Phoenix area. Great room with dining area as well as lounging couch and TV. Fully stocked and functional kitchen for those wanting to cook in. Outdoor patio area to enjoy the cool Arizona Winters. Washer/Dryer in unit and parking available.

Location is amazing on this unit. There is many options for dining and nightlife right in the area. Close to downtown and melrose district. Plenty of art and cultural activities nearby .

Guests have entire unit to themselves. There is no shared spaces.

No smoking in home at any time. $500 fine applies.

Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 fee applies for all approved pets.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home

Super comfy and cozy. Bed was great. Everything you need. They required some weird agreements about pools etc but I didn’t see a pool. I was there for work so not a pleasure stay.

Uptown march trip.

Cute place. Seems like the property as a whole might be a work in progress. My unit was complete and comfortable. I was expecting more outdoor lounge space as there is a backyard and pool on the property. But my checkin instructions didn't mention it so i just hung out in my room.There was also a lot more paperwork then im used to. Lots of pre-arrival agreements. Kinda strange.
