The outside facility grounds were nice within the apartment site. The timeshare was non descriptive. The patio overlooking the parking lot.Timeshare needs an overhaul.

Basic but comfy

The grounds were nice, corn hole, pool, jacuzzi and fireplace. Close to eateries and a pub. Room was ok. Bed was super comfy and I had a patio with view of the park where you can play disc frisbee. Unfortunately, the room smelled of soot, like something had burned. I contacted management and they replaced the air filter in room, but it didn’t take the smell away. No tv in the living room because cable went out. Long story short, management were kind and they gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

Nice place in good location!

The place was as described, the pool and hot tub were quite nice, so was the outdoor seating space.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. We spent a lot of time out under the pavilion and it was great weather. They also have 4 fans that had the misters on them that made it much more comfortable. The weather was great and we did a hot air balloon ride. we hope to come back to Phoenix again and space at the Scottsdale location.

Good stay

Only issue we had was that we were unable to change the TV channel in the bedroom. Otherwise, great location and the condo worked perfect for us.
