Nice studio in Phoenix

The unit was clean and comfortable. The concierge (or doorman) service was excellent.The reservation process was tedious and somewhat annoying, featuring a combination of automated and human responses. Having to upload a state ID is annoying and a personal information security risk. On arrival, the unit hadn't been cleaned. Boulevard Stays eventually changed my room, and the rest of the stay was very nice.
