Unfortunately this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. The good: there is a bare bones kitchen (don't plan on any serious cooking that would require measuring cups for example; there's also no cooking oil). The view is nice. The location is ideal for getting around. The bad: everything else. The bed was really uncomfortable with the cheapest polyester sheets that trap the heat and make it impossible to fall asleep. The shades are privacy-light - you can still see through them and others can see in. They also don't block any light whatsoever. The bathroom had one soap for both have washing and shower, no accessibility bars in the shower. There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent, so buy your own. The place was not very clean either - lots of dust on top of the fridge, between cupboard doors. The floors left my feet dirty from walking on them. To top it all off, the management company that is in charge of this booking left so much to be desired: confusing and contradictory communication and nonsensical policies that make travel more stressful, such as only providing you with check in info 3 hours before you can check in. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
