Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
booked this months in advance. Day before arriving notified they can't honor reservation due to building wide maintenance problem? Yeah, right. Offered to move us to a different building for same money. Turns out this listing was actually cheaper. No refund offered. Did not stay at their rental. Classic case of bait and switch. Will never deal with this host again. You shouldn't either.

The apartment was not listed as a ‘college apartment building’, it smelled bad, the elevator was broken, my key fob didn’t work and the college kids were extremely loud. I filed a complaint that night, found another place to stay and left within a few hours. I was promised a credit and haven’t seen it yet, a week later. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow.

This is an apartment building that mostly houses local college students from ASU and/or other schools - they have ~30 units that they rent out like this to this platform. This makes it kind of an unexpected but interesting stay - they have an area with big work tables, a kitchen area with coffees and teas, there are lots of work spaces, a conference room, little private phone rooms, a big space with pillows on the floor if that's your vibe. They also do weekly activities - I joined in on a holiday cocktail how-to party - it was fun! Clean, close to convention center. Satisfactory amenities.
