Located in a very clean, quiet, gated and secure 55+ Community.
It has a full kitchen, dishwasher, Microwave, Gas stove and is equipped with all your basic everyday Food preparation utensils. Full size washer and dryer inside. 2 full bathrooms.
Close to shopping, Resturants , pharmacy, Hiking , Gold mines, Wild horses in the river.....etc. etc.

The house was good. Outside could have been cleaner and better kept. Overall it was a good property. Pet friendly park which meant a lot of barking dogs.
