This cozy, quaint, and beautifully remodeled 4BR/2BA house is just 1.5 miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and 1.2 miles from Scottsdale Stadium-MLB Spring Training!!

Newly furnished and ready to host your group`s vacation. Plenty of parking, a perfect location, and the beautiful half-enclosed backyard patio with abundant seating is sure to have you coming back for more!

This beautiful home is furnished with exquisite attention to detail from head-to-toe, prepared to host any type of group!

Featuring flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a brand new washer/dryer- we are prepared to host your group whether you are just dropping into town or staying a while.

A well equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances means you will have more than enough ability to host!

When you stay at this home, you will have the entire space to yourself. Prior to your check-in time, your access instructions will be sent for you to review.

This property is right in the heart of Old-Town Scottsdale, just steps from the San Francisco Giants spring training facility. 5 minutes north of Tempe and 5 to the west of attractions like Top Golf and Talking Stick Casino.

My family and I stayed at this house over Christmas through New Year’s weekend. We had 5 adults in our group. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. All pictures are accurate and as described. The house is very close to Old Town and a variety of restaurants. There is a pharmacy & grocery store with a Starbucks on the next block which is walkable. The street was quiet at all times of the day & night. There was plenty of room for parking. Two cars can easily fit in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street. I have a few suggestions. First, there is not enough seating in the living room for five people to sit comfortably. The couch comfortably seats two and one chair. The kitchen table only seats 4 people. If the house sleeps 8 people there should be enough comfortable seating for 8 people to sit and watch tv. Second, all bed pillows should be encased in some sort of hypoallergenic enclosure. They only had pillow cases over them and that’s just not sanitary. Third, there is no place to unpack or sit anything on top of besides night stands in the bedrooms. The twin bedroom only has one nightstand to share between two people. Yes, there are closets to hang up clothing but nothing else other than night stands. We had to live out of suitcases on the floor. For a 10 day rental, that’s not ideal. Overall, I would rent again but would hope the owner invests in some better/additional furniture options.

It was okay. It was clean, semi comfortable. Host was okay. Lots of rules and threatening fines. The property was close to where I needed to be and cheaper than the hotels in the area.

Overall the stay was good and met our travel needs for spending time with family for Christmas! We gave it a 1 star for cleanliness due to when we arrived, the place did not looked cleaned. All of the beds had both human hair (head hair and looked to be pubic hair) and animal hair all over them and one of the bed sheets had a dark stain on it. We were totally grossed out. Both bathrooms had hair on the floor, in the shower drain and on the walls. Toilet seats had pee stains even though it had sanitized tape over it. Kitchen Sink had food leftovers in it and we found leftover food on the ground. Pots and pans looked they hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, full of food particles and grease. We contacted the host and they immediately had someone over, which we greatly appreciated and made the stay more enjoyable. The cleaning lady however did seem to be in a rush but did change the sheets and did a quick vacuum. We ended up cleaning the rest ourselves.Even though this place is remodeled, it’s been used and you can tell. Furniture in the living room is stained and could use a good cleaning. The host responses quickly and has excellent communication on check in and check out instructions. This place just missed the mark on cleanliness for us.

Had a great stay and communication was great. My suggestions for improvement would be to acquire a pod style coffee maker with something better than Folgers. Also, the bedrooms could you some dressers. Zero drawers to lay flat ones t-shirts, shorts etc. Everything else was wonderful.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This house is in a great location - very close to everything in Scottsdale, but in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was good prior to our check-in and throughout our stay. House was as expected and clean. The backyard patio is a great place to enjoy the mornings and evenings.

Family meeting in Phoenix

We gathered together from out of state to lay a loved one to rest.This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, well located in a private yard , In a safe neighborhood with conveniences nearby. The only thing that prevented me from giving perfectly accurate description was the furniture pictured was different than the furniture that has been and property currently. A few of the missing pieces would have made our gathering a little more comfortable. I'm sure it's just an oversight, but for larger groups it may be relevant. An absolutely perfect listing! in the safe neighborhood

Convenient Homebase in Scottsdale

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in the valley. The house is was conveniently located, clean and tidy. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped with a real hodgepodge of plates and silverware and not a lot of either. When we arrived there were just a handful of plastic tumblers. The management did respond promptly and brought over several drinking glasses, but just two wine glasses. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Great location. Clean. Quiet. Safe.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was clean and just as pictured. The large updated kitchen was great. The yard was manicured and had a secure fence for our dog. The backyard porch area was wonderful and relaxing with plenty of seating. The location felt safe and quiet. The green space walk/bike/jog path is one block away. I would stay again.

Exactly as Described

This place was wonderful. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, very close to everything. Host responded quickly. We lacked for nothing. Back yard completely fenced in which was nice for both kids and dogs. Our favorite restaurant was Uncle Sal’s. It’s a must try when in the area. Definitely suggest this home!

Pros: Good communication with the property manager. We had trouble getting into the property, but the matter was quickly fixed. The location of the property was close to all of our activities. A grocery store, Walgreens, Starbucks, and McDonalds are within walking distance.Cons: There needs to be more seating in the living room. There is only seating for 4 people, which is lacking considering it's a 4 bedroom property. The house is sparsely furnished. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. The kitchen did not have a lot of supplies. Half of the lights were out on the porch string lights. The property could also use a deep cleaning.

Conveniently located

Great home, location & experience

We stayed at the home for the holidays, and it was perfect for us. Clean and well-located. Everything we needed, and nothing we didn't. Even cooked and hosted a full holiday dinner for 12 people. Nice yard for our dog. Easy walking distance to a major grocery store. Despite being a couple of blocks from some very busy streets, the house and neighborhood were surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Close to Old Town and great access to major highways and the airport. Highly recommend.
