The entire staff at this particular extended stay is always extremely kind & very friendly during my stay! I frequently stay at the West Chandler location & both me & My Service Dog are always welcomed with a smile & friendly conversation! There are a couple locations that would be more convenient as far as closer to my work etc. but I prefer staying at this location because they make me very comfortable & I appreciate that! Their hospitality is excellent!!!!! 😀

We flew in to visit family nearby. It was a decent place to sleep. Breakfast was coffee/cocoa plus instant oatmeal/granola bars and tangerines. We did not avail of the kitchen amenities.

After reading a few of the reviews of hotel i was a little nervous. My review is the place is a wonderful place to stay. Food places & stores half a mile away. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This location was so much better than the Phoenix-Mesa location we stayed at previously. Clean, more inviting, inside and out. A place to park while checking in and plenty of parking. An inviting front desk and friendly person behind the desk.

Overall, pretty good. Just a couple of small details would make a difference though: 1. Provide guests with a bottle of water or two. 2. Provide hair conditioner, not just shampoo. 3. Provide a decent breakfast (coffee and a prepackaged muffin just won’t do).

The property was clean and presentable. The room was very sterile and minimal. The staff ranged from timid appearing to be very friendly. Training I believe would help.

The staff was never available. We had to call the front desk for the dishes which was weird and we never got them because no one ever answered and no one was at the desk until the day we checked out. As we were leaving with our heavy bags the housekeepers came up the elevator. They came out and let the door close so we had to wait for another elevator. There were stains in the shower and the plastic behind the stove was melted. There was something spilled down the wall in the main room and it wasn’t wiped and there was something crusty in the elevator that was there the whole time we were. The grab an go breakfast is a joke.

Overall, I give them a five
Two weeks ago my wife got me two rooms. Friday and Saturday from Sunday to Thursday was already reserved and already paid for so Sunday when I checked out Sunday and then right then and there I checked Right right back in. Went to work early about 1130 got here went to work at one got off of work after 930 got back to the hotel went to my room. All my stuff were gone, so I give them a one they threw all my stuff out. The only thing I got back was my clothes, my food containers that I have food in and it seemed like they look through my stuff, my dirty clothes with my clean clothes, and they only gave me one night and the manager bought me most of the stuff that I was using all of it

Clean, convenient, cost effective stay
Welcoming staff and easy check in. Pet fee is $25 couldn't find that price listing but asked what it would cost for next time. Lobby and hotel is updated, well lit and very clean. Great location opposite of the congested shopping mall. Very quiet at night everything we needed for a quick one night stay to get away.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a good experience. The rooms and facility were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. Location was convenient to get around Chandler. Since this is a budget friendly hotel, there aren’t many amenities and the room is very simple, but it gets the job done for the price. Another guest experienced a car break in during our stay, so I recommend removing all personal items from the vehicle before leaving it for the night. Regardless of the break in, I felt safe while I was there.

From the pristine lobby to the spotless rooms, every inch of the property gleamed. The housekeeping staff was diligent and ensured a sanitary environment throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and safe, making my experience truly enjoyable. Kudos to the hotel for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness! Highly recommend for a delightful and hygienic stay.

Warning to late check in’s: this company sweeps your reservation as a no show after midnight even if you’ve paid for the room. Our kind desk person did his best but it took over 30 minutes at a very tired 3:30 in the morning after driving all night to get our room back and get a key.

We arrived to our room, the toilet was dirty, no towels, or extra linen in the room for the pull out bed. Under the bed was empty beer can and we were only given one key for the room.

A pretty good stay at Extended Stay in Chander
The A/C unit when reaching desired/set temperature has a fan that would not fully shut off. The Refrigerator in the room also was a bit noisy after its cooling cycle. The toilet would leak down and refill about once per hour. It took at least 3 minutes for hot water to reach the shower.
