Spring Training
Cute house close to the Ball Park. House was well equipped, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although it was cool weather the pool was heated and patio area was very nice. The use of the garage was a bonus. The only down side, there were no dressers or hangers in the two smaller bedrooms and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Spring Training Weekend
House was 10 min from Camelback Ranch. Made it convenient to drive to the games. Home close to Westgate and shopping areas. Home clean and modern. We were 6 adults and it was a good size for us. Look forward to reserving this property again.

This a very nice place. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were just like we are used to. We were there 8 days and nights and would have liked to stay longer. The pool is very nice and kept between 82-85 degrees. Easy access off of I-10 and very accessible to restaurants and other entertainment spots. Monica was very helpful if I had any questions. Would highly recommend this home, except when I want to rent it again. Lol

Five star last minute booking
I had to make a trip to AZ to help my sister and ended needing a place stay. Owner was great with communication and the place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only downside is the neighborhood is full of stray cats so there is a cat urine smell outside. My dog kept them away for two weeks.

I know there are some stray cats in the neighborhood but we do our best to keep them away from our property and I have never had an issue with urine smell outside. We are working with the HOA to resolve the cat issue as it is very sad situation in general. A Pleasant Experience

Break from The Snow
Came down from Alaska to visit family. The house was beautiful. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Monica. Even though the weather was cool by Az. Standards we had a great time at the pool. We will stay here again.

Everything was as expected except for the pool. With the cooler temps we were not able to use it. Very clean abundantly supplied and would recommend this property to anyone. Monica was extremely helpful and answered questions almost immediately. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommend this property
This is the second time we've stayed here. It has everything we need: open floor plan for visiting, comfy beds, a nice pool and outdoor area, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with various cookware, dishes, coffee maker and Keurig. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. We'll likely choose this property whenever we're in Phoenix.

Perfect home and location for our visit to the Phoenix area
Our stay was wonderful, exactly as advertised. Property was clean and ready for our arrival. The weather was 97 - 100 degrees and the pool made this much more bearable. The home was cool when we arrived and great air conditioning in the hot weather. We went to a concert at the Gila River Arena and the location was just a few short miles from the venue. Have to add a shout out to "Eric's BBQ", unbelievably delicious and one of the best BBQ places we have had, beware of the large portions and the banana pudding (made fresh daily) was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time and experience and being a "dog friendly" home our Boston Terrier, although not a water dog, loved hanging out on the first step in the pool, splashing and catching the water in her mouth. With the added bonus of a return discount, we will be booking here again for Spring Training in March 2023. Go SF Giants!!!

Horrible, The Air Conditioner was Horrible. House is hot during the day! Horrible!!!!!
The AC must not be working or has an owner lock on it. The house goes from a nice comfortable temp at night to 77-82 during the day. It's very uncomfortable, especially when it's hot outside. It would have been nice to not be sweating inside as well as outside. The owner tried to tell be this was do to the outside elements, yet my family and friends that live nearby, never have this issue nor do restaurants, malls, shops etc.... my guess, he doesn't want a high electric bill. It would have also been nice if the guest bedrooms had dressers to put your things away. They only have closets, so no place for shorts, socks, undies, etc....

Linda, it is unfortunate that you are not being truthful in this situation. The Air Conditioner works great. According to your complaint, we called the HVAC company out twice during your stay and both times, they said, there were no issue with the AC but you had put the batteries in wrong and the second time the thermostat was not put back on correctly and was put on fan mode. Even though the tech said there was no issues, we had him install a new thermostat. We are Premier Host for a reason, our guest are very important to us! In regard to the dressers, there are clearly dressers in the bedrooms. Best regards, Monica

Short stay in Phoenix
We came to Phoenix for the wedding of our sons dear friend and knew we needed a pool to not melt in the 97 degree heat. The pool was great and we enjoyed it. There is outdoor furniture that is covered. I started to pull the cover off to use and the furniture is covered in long hair. It was a little disappointing. But we sat in other chairs provided out side and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for the Top Golf and other activities we were involved in. I’m not sure if we were charged for animals, which we would never travel with?? Over all a good experience.

I am sorry to hear about the hair on the outdoor furniture, there is a stray cat that loves to sleep on the furniture and believe he may go under the covers to get in a nap :). We will do a better job of securing the furniture. Also, we would never charge you for a pet fee without asking you first and there was defiantly no charge for this situation. Best wishes Monica

Nice suburban house
Very nicely and tastefully remodeled house in a pleasant neighborhood. All new counter tops, appliances, surfaces, floors. Excellent communication with property Mgr. We'll stocked kitchen and generous with supplies. A bit too far out into the west valley for us but nothing a 15 min freeway ride didn't fix. Also the pool heater wasn't working properly so didn't get much pool time due to cold water.

Perfect place to get away
We went for a nice relaxing get away and it was perfect. The house was so well kept. The night before we came was windy so the pool Had stuff in it but we cleaned it and had a great time relaxing in it. This neighborhood was quiet and close by food and essentials.

Thanks so much for providing a wonderful place to stay while in the Phoenix area. Not only is the property beautiful, but we appreciated the clear communication and directions as well. For others considering this property - these are some of the things we liked: -lots of pool towels (and bath towels) -pool floaties and masks -a fully equipped kitchen - with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, blender, cookie sheets, utensils, etc. - quiet and safe neighborhood -the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos -the backyard/patio is quiet, clean and has lots of seating -outdoor hooks for your towels - close to shops and restaurants - plus lots of food delivery options -extra pillows and blankets -plenty of supplies - like dishwashing liquid, pods for the dishwasher, kleenex, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. -USB outlets! 4 right at the breakfast bar area. The property is as beautiful as the pictures and the owners have thought of everything to make this a great place to stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house definitely under-advertised and over-delivered. The house was exceedingly clean and well appointed with model furniture and appliances. The hostess, Monica, was phenomenal and thought of everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! I had a last minute guest come to stay and of course she had an air mattress and plenty of fresh linens on standby. The pool was perfect! It was heated and extremely clean, so we made full use of it. Monica provided “starter” kitchen amd food supplies, but it was more than enough to get us through the entire stay! There were tons of restaurants, stores, bars, and outlet shopping minutes away from the house. I will definitely book this house again when I come back to Phoenix.

This was a great place for my family to stay for spring break. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was great! My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. My husband, two teenagers & myself stayed here for Spring Break. The house has been recently updated and the inside of the is quite nice. The pool area is fine, but lacks aesthetic. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located.

Not exactly as expected
The first impressions of this property were not as expected. The landscaping is unkept and unwelcoming. There were weeds everywhere and the landscaping rocks surrounding the home need to be replenished. Even though the landscape service was to have been there the week before, this obviously did not occur. The remodeling/redecorating lacks attention to detail. The house itself is in a good location. The house was clean and offered a few basic amenities. Monica was quick to respond in our communications with her and was pleasant to work with. There was less to love about this home than we were hoping.

Great family getaway to the sun
We had a great 2 week stay here escaping the northwest winter. Our kids played in the heated pool every day. It worked well for us to do remote schooling and work and play. The neighborhood is great - very quiet with nice walking trails. We would definitely come back and rent this house again! Very clean and enjoyable home.
