Disappointed experience

We were told we could checkin at 6pm. When we arrived the home was not even close to ready. We left at 8:15 and the beds had not yet been made and the lower level was yet to be cleaned. I had asked ahead of time about scents in the home and was assured there were none. Within the two hour wait time I had to leave due to health issues. Kingsley assured me I would be refunded. This did not happen. Very disappointed.

Awesome place and manager

The house is very nice and the host is very communicative and available. Stayed here 3 times. Kitchen goods and extra linens and etc for making the stay nice. Would stay again!

Very nice home & host

Things were not in order upon our arrival however this was in no way the host/owners fault, it was a vrbo fail. For some reason he did not have our reservation however he did make great efforts to get the home cleaned and ready for us, it was only a minor inconvinience that delayed us checking in. Again this was not the host/owners fault. Otherwise the stay was great and home was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this property.
