Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the backyard and all indoor living areas. Check-in is smooth and secure with a smart lock—no keys needed. A personalized code will be sent to you before arrival, allowing for a flexible and easy self-check-in.

The home offers a private driveway for parking, along with free street parking nearby. This is a single-level property with no interior stairs, making it easily accessible for all guests. Come and go at your convenience—your comfort and privacy are fully ensured throughout your stay.

This charming home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, featuring 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a dining space perfect for gathering and sharing meals. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to make you feel right at home.

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat, complete with a sparkling swimming pool. The pool is heated from November to April at no additional cost, with the temperature set to 85°F. Please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F, the pool may not maintain the full heat.

This home is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and freeways, making it simple to explore Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and the greater Phoenix area. Just a short drive to shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and local attractions, everything you need is close by.

While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, a car is recommended for the most flexibility during your stay. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street, making coming and going easy and stress-free.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Swimming pool is heated during the colder months at no additional charge to the guest. Pool heater thermostat is set at 85 degrees between the months of November and April. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees. There is pool service once per week.
