Winter getaway

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to Old Town and a lot of casinos. Weather was great. The hosts were very easy to communicate with . It made for a very nice getaway. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

Good Location, Reasonable Price

Not located as close to Old Scottsdale as we would’ve liked is certainly the only negative about this great condo. Easy drives everywhere, all the convinces of home, and clean and quiet location. Would certainly recommend!

I was in town for my niece's graduation from ASU. My sister and family rented a unit nearby. This is the reason I selected this unit. The unit was very nice and comfortable. No complaints.

Exactly what we were looking for

It's centrally located. Looks exactly as the pictures indicate it will. And appreciated the personal touch the owners did during the holiday season to incorporate the holiday vibe/energy even though we weren't at home. A welcomed, unexpected surprise that helped make it feel like 'home'.

Good but a few issues

The unit was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed using the little patio in the morning. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool close to the unit. We had it to ourselves three out of five days. There should have been more toilet paper. One and a half rolls for two people for a week is not enough. There should have been more towels also. If not for those issues it would have been five stars.

Relaxing

the unit was clean and very close to Fashion Square and Old Town, the pool was small but nice, relaxing cushion on the chairs. the only disappointment was that the laundry facility which used an software would only accept US credit card and therefore we were not able to do our laundry at the site which caused some inconvenience as there are no self laundromats in Scottsdale. we were able to find one about 20 minutes away but in the end we rationed our cloths and made it work with only one visit to the laundromat.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for almost a month and it felt like home. It’s perfect for two people. There are four heated pools and we used the one closet to us but you can go to any of them. It is a very quiet area with permanent residents so this is not a party place. The back patio gets no sun but it is a short walk to the pool where they have comfortable loungers. Fashion Square Mall is a 6 minute walk and Old Town is approx. a half hour walk. We met some nice people and will be back next year. Thanks Michele for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Deb & Roy

Nice place, somme little adjustments to do....

Beautiful little condo Comfortable bed and clean, soft sheets 2 televisions with lots of stations, Netflix, etc... Good wifi Floors a little dirty when we arrived. We took a shower, and after walking for a few moments, our feet were dirty. Difficult to see because of the ceramic floor, but it showed that we should have mopped it before our arrival. Same thing for the outdoor furniture....given that the place is small, there is no kitchen table for eating inside, only the kitchen counter, which leaves only the outdoor set for eating at a table, and when we arrived to sit down all the cushions and furniture were very dusty. It would be nice to give the outdoor furniture a quick wash and vacuum before the arrival of new guests. The fridge is in very good condition, and it makes ice automatically, which is much appreciated, garbage disposal (wow), and a very good dishwasher. On the other hand, the cutting boards need to be changed, please throw them away and replace them, they are no longer very appetizing!! We had a good stay, quiet place.
