Location: Starbucks is walkable. Fashion Square Mall, Old Town nightlife and dining, Maya Beach Club, W Hotel pool parties, golf courses, grocery and waterfront boutiques are about 5 minutes away. Giants spring training is 5 min; Cubs, Rockies and Diamondbacks 10 min; A's, Angels, Dodgers, Reds, Padres, Mariners, Royals, Brewers, White Sox and Rangers are a short drive. Talking Stick Casino and the aquarium are 9 min, Desert Botanical Garden 9 min, the Phoenix Zoo 10 min and Camelback Mountain hiking 12 min.
