Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom - 3 bathroom home.  There are 2 master bedrooms with a King size beds in each, while the 2 remaining bed rooms are furnished with a 2 Queen size bed (s), this makes it comfortable for sleeping 6 to 8 people. The good size living room is furnished with a leather sofa and love seat. Also the kitchen is perfect for dining in as it is equipped with an Oak table with seating for 6 people and the center island is equipped with 3 beautiful barstool chairs.
The pool and deck area is Awesome for getting a Great tan or just Swimming in this Beautiful Saltwater pool and a New Hot Tub as of 09/25/20.
 
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions Sedona or Prescott and hiking or biking the beautiful mountain trails that are nearby.

Also my home is located 1 mile from the Peoria Sports Complex where the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres play there Spring Training Games. My house is only 1 mile from Great Restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse, Buca DePepo, Dave’s Famous Ribs, In n out Burgers, Olive Garden, Arrowhead Grill, Red Robin and many other Great dining choices! It’s called P 83 in Peoria right on 83rd Ave and south of Bell Road.

My home also has 3 grocery stores, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Jimmy Johns, Hungry Howies pizza, Taco shops, McDonalds and much more in less than a 1/2 mile from the house.They are all located on the corners of 83rd Ave and Thunderbird Road.

Westgate Entertainment is just 8 miles away where there are plenty of shopping outlets to find your best deals for clothing, shoes and much more. Top Brand merchandisers are located at the Tanger Outlet stores in Glendale right off the 101 freeway.

If you like Football the AZ Cardinals play at Westgate Entertainment Center as well. Come for a game or 2 too see your favorite teams in Action.

If you are a baseball or basketball fan then your team is just 20 minutes away in downtown Phoenix. Great arenas too watch the games and many restaurants and bars to check out.

Great Vacation Property
This house was the perfect fit for our family stay in Arizona. The pool and hot tub were great and exactly what we were looking for. Great location with access to tons of food, playground and easy to get around the Phoenix area. Mike is a host that goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable and taken care of. He takes a lot of pride in his property. Highly recommend.

A wonderful home away from home
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Peoria! Mike was such a gracious host, making sure that we had everything that we needed. I could not believe how well the house was stocked, which just made everything easier for us after flying in from Minnesota. We had an amazing reunion with my brother and his family, and there was plenty of room inside and outside for my parents to visit and all of us to socialize and enjoy the pool and hot tub. We will book this house again!

Owner is friendly and great place to stay.
Michael met us at the house and went over with us everything we needed to know about the lights and such. The house was beautiful and comfortable and Michael has his cabinets stocked with all kinds of spices and such so you don't need to run out to the store the minute you get there. He also provided milk, eggs, bagels and cream cheese. He left us with his cell # so if we had any questions we could reach him. He also checked in every couple of days by text to see how we were doing. If we ever get back to Arizona again and need a place to stay his house will be the first one I look up. The only disappointing thing was that it was while the days got warm the nights were cool and the pool water was too cold to use, but we got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Thank you again Michael for the great stay.

When we arrived the house was spotless and well stocked with basic provisions by Mike, the host, He was very gracious and did his best to make sure we had what we needed. His philosophy seems to be that you shouldn't have to run out for everything you might need for you stay. So he gives you the basics. Very fresh and very clean linens and towels. Some drinks, juice and milk in the fridge.; laundry detergents, also. He has a large beautiful saltwater swimming pool that we used every day. We highly recommend that you seriously think about this beautiful house when you stay in the Glendale/Peoria/Sun City area. It is certainly a five star property. And Mike is a five star host. Of all the places we have rented through VRBO, Mike is the best host that we have met.

Great place for a large family
My family and I loved this place while visiting! Plenty of space for everybody and tons of seating out by the pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a large family meal. As a single-story property, it was also a great property for grandparents or folks using a cane. Michael's rental will be our first choice when we come back to Peoria again.

Exceeded expectations!!
We’ve stayed at a fair share of Vacation rentals, this was by far the best. Michael was very attentive to us, and gave it a very personal touch by stopping by after we had checked in to ensure that we were good, as well as being there when it was time to leave. Do yourself a favor and ask Michael if what you need for your stay is there, because chances are he has it. The home is well stocked and he even makes sure that there are the necessities for the first night. We have every intention of making this an annual trip. Absolutely highly recommend!
