Fantastic place and fantastic location

The house was perfect for my birthday trip for me and 10 of my friends. This house easily could’ve fit 20 if people are comfortable sharing beds. The house was very clean as well as the pool and back years area. It’s very close to downtown Scottsdale and phoenix. A 10-15 minute drive anywhere really. Only thing to note that is is right off of the main road but that wasn’t an issue for me and my guests. The property management company was very communicative and responsive on all my needs and questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

Convention Center Guests

This property was as described. The only reason for not getting a 5 star on cleanliness is a couple of the bathrooms were not in the best shape in terms of shower cleanliness. All in all it worked out great. The location is great as there are plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within a few blocks. The bedrooms were great with plenty of room for all of my team. The kitchen was great and the outside area was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the grill: I text the property manager and they promptly brought out a replacement grill until they could get the other one repaired. Check in and Check out were easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Golf trip

Overall great experience just like the website said the only problem I had was the first night. The hot water heater was not working but between the host and the friends I stayed with which were certified plumbers with over 45 years of service we got everything going ready to go by next morning
