The location was perfect and very close to everything. It was spot on as pictured and represented in the listing. We loved the backyard oasis! The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2024

We really enjoyed our stay as the property was exactly as advertised. The house was in great shape and the backyard was amazing. Our family spent a lot of time hanging around the pool during the day and lounging by the outdoor fire pit in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property as you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Scottsdale rental!!

This was by far the best rental in Scottsdale that we have stayed in! Perfect location! Close to everything! House was well maintained and clean. The backyard was perfect for relaxing! And communication with Rick was excellent! Thank you for having us!

Excellent Stay

The property was amazing and clean. And it came with basically everything you’ll need. The back yard was beautiful and the landscaping as well near the pool area. The backyard was lit up at night, if you wanted to step outside a relax near the pool. Overall great home!!! Would defiantly stay again.

Scottsdale Gem

Very nice 3 bedroom house. Great kitchen, wonderful backyard and heated pool, orange and lemon trees, fire pit and excellent grill for cooking outdoors. Ric the property manager/owner was very accessible and available if needed.

The vaca we hoped for!

Needed downtime and relaxation and this home was perfect. Great location and layout, home well outfitted. Comfortable beds…quiet neighborhood. Very clean. But the greatest part was the outdoor Pool (heated), lounge chairs and two other relaxation areas. We ended up staying at the house more than we thought because it was so amazing. We would definitely return. Thanks Ric!!!!

Scottsdale Stay

My husband and I were in town for the Fiesta Bowl, and were looking for a location not too far from State Farm Field, and not too far from Scottsdale. This location was perfect! The house is beautifully updated - wish the weather had been a bit better so we could have enjoyed the amazing pool and back yard! Check in was a snap!

Our Perfect Piece of Paradise!

My daughter and I had the opportunity to enjoy 5 amazing days at Ric and Jens Old Town rental. The home is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It has the most comfortable beds, well appointed professional kitchen with all you require for your stay! The backyard is so incredible, the pool clean and refreshing - just what we needed in the 100 degree temperatures. Communication was quick and easy. If back again I would not hesitate to stay at Kings Rental, we loved it all! Thanks so much!

Would Like to Stay Here Again

This home is thoughtfully set up in anticipation of comfort. Tasteful furnishings. Very clean. Fabulous bed in the main bedroom; others may be as well we just did not use them. Nice quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Ric was available if needed and even checked in to insure our comfort.

Kings Avenue

The property was nice and the living spaces were a nice size. The location was great as it was very close to the Quarter and Kierland. The host was very responsive and the host made everything very easy for the guests. The outdoor space could use some updating as the cushions on the outdoor furniture were quite old. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The house is fully updated and the yard is paradise! Lovely pool, four distinct outdoor spaces and total privacy. We were in town for a wedding and having this as a landing pad was fantastic!

Spring break

The property was perfect for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The heated pool was perfect in March - the kids swam every day. The location is great as well - safe neighborhood, great restaurants and easy access to highways.

Great place to stay!

Property is as shown in the photos. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. There is a small park about a block away from the house that is great for exercise or kids to play. I would highly recommend.

Looks EXACTLY like the pictures!

My cousin and sister came here from Chicago to just relax and this house was perfect!!! From The backyard to the kitchen and bedrooms, everything looked just like the pictures!!! The house had everything you needed, from dishes and cooking stuff to towels and dryers and garbage bags & napkins. All you need is to go to the grocery store and you’ll be perfect! The house was beautiful, very cozy and welcoming!!! Any question I had, they responded very quickly!!! I would definitely recommend this house and I would absolutely stay here again!
