The bed sizes were supposed to be queens, but they were definitely smaller than that, probably doubles. And they were quite hard.
My daughter forgot her favorite pajama pants in the room when we checked out. I called the next day to get them back. The front desk was supposed to have housekeeping call me back, but nobody did. I called 3 more times over the next 5 days, but nobody ever called back. I finally spoke with the manager, and even they didn’t call me back. Finally I was told that the pants were not in the lost and found, and there was nothing else they could do. We definitely know the pants were in the room, so they must have thrown them out or something. Not impressed with their customer service and lack of concern about the missing pants.
The only positive about this hotel is that it was close to the airport, which is why we picked it.
