The Space:
Enjoy breathtaking views of both the lake and the mountain from the backyard of this truly unique property. Located steps away from Arrowhead Lakes, you can enjoy the serene views with a walkway down to the boat dock, from the pool, or from your bedroom.
Fully Remodeled as of June 2021. Looking for the perfect home for your vacation? Look no further than this three-bedroom, two full bathroom town home located in a private community. Enjoy the private dock, while taking in the mountain and lake views.
The newly renovated dining room, kitchen, and living room flow together to make this a perfect space for entertaining friends and family. The dining table seats 6 people, with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen bartop. There is plenty of counter space for cooking meals for your loved ones.
The living room has plenty of seating as well, with a 60 inch screen TV to enjoy sporting events and movies on. This home offers splashes of blue all throughout the decor, creating a serene atmosphere for your vacation.
You’ll find that you are close to many local attractions such as Arrowhead Ranch Center and the Citadelle. This house offers quick and easy access to the 101.
Sleeping Configuration:
Master Bedroom : This master ensuite offers a King Size Bed with 55” screen TV and a plush armchair. The bathroom attached offers a walk in shower, a freestanding tub, and a spacious amount of closet space. You have your own private access to the patio from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed with a closet and dresser. Easy access to the bathroom located in the hallway, and also includes private access to the patio. Take a few steps and dip your feet in the pool.
Bedroom 3: This twin over full bunk room is perfect for a kids room with easy access to the bathroom located in the hallway.
There is a charge for early check in and late check out. This has to be approved by management first.
Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
