Largest Remodeled 2 bd+ 2 bath+ Loft Overlooking Pool, Gated, Tennis, Pickleball

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Wonderful place to spend our first time to Phoenix ! Initially we did have trouble finding the building and parking space (found ourselves confused as it can be hard to see the building numbers) however we phoned the number provided and Dion was outstanding at meeting us where we were and brought us to the unit! What a delightful welcome! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, linens and even toiletries/laundry detergent! Highly recommend this listing and will definitely consider future stays.

We had a wonderful stay at this Phoenix condo! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. There was plenty of space and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The kitchen was absolutely amazing—well-equipped and a joy to use.One highlight of our trip was how kind and accommodating the staff were. We accidentally left something behind, and the cleaning lady went out of her way to mail it back to us, which we truly appreciated.The property itself offered great amenities—the swimming pool and hot tub were a big plus after long days out. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs. Wonderful stay

This was the perfect location for my family to stay while in Phoenix for Christmas. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and it was nice to be so close to North Mountain for a hike. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.
