Perfect for my family

We had a great time! The house was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe. The pool was perfect and well-maintained, and the hot tub was a great addition. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

It’s just alright

We had four guys staying here for three nights. The master bedroom and bathroom were good and the shower was great. The bedroom with two twin beds was quite cramped and the beds were not comfortable as well as noisy / squeaking. The living area with tv was good for us but you have to step down to it and it could be an issue if you’re not too careful. The pool is not heated ( we knew that ) so we were excited to use the hot tub. It’s small and the max temperature is not hot enough. Plus the water has a strong musty odor to it so not sure what the cleaning process is. There was a fire pit but zero wood. The covered patio was nice and relaxing And a nice touch was they provided coffee pods for our morning brew. Finally, the location is good as there are shops and restaurants nearby along with easy access to the highway.

Family Trip to Sunny Scottsdale

Our family of 4 was looking for a spacious home to rent with a pool and jacuzzi. We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculate and very comfortable inside and out! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to local restaurants, markets, etc. The owner (Kris) was readily available to answer any questions. We would certainly stay here again!

Sun lovers pool

Me and my wife were looking for a house with lots of sun for the pool, if you want endless sun this is the place. Great house, very clean and private backyard. Host was great and have nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Golf vacation - great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property which is close to everything and well appointed. Close to airport, Scottsdale and shopping including a Costco within 1 mile of the home. A quiet residential area. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Although the property did not include laundry facilities, we did approach the host and he graciously provided access to the laundry facilities. Will definitely come back to this property for a future golf vacation.

Property was selected based on proximity to family. Additionally we were looking for hot tub, 3 beds/2 bath. When we discovered on check in that the hot tub was broken they property owner arranged for repair within 24 hours.

Everything was amazing. We had a small hiccup right after booking but Kris communicated immediately and we were able to figure it out. All together it was an amazing time and we will definitely book this again.

This is a great property!

The owner/property manager, Chris, couldn't have been more responsive to our needs. The place was immaculate, laid out perfectly for us with the master bedroom across the living area from the other two bedrooms and full bath. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. There's a highway just a couple blocks away but it absolutely did not affect our experience at all and couldn't even be heard inside the house. It's well equipped and feels homey. The jacuzzi/spa was superb, which really mattered since my husband bruised his ribs and banged himself up in a fall. Note the pool is unheated so it was pretty chilly when we were there in late March. But the contrast between the pool and the jacuzzi was refreshing. The location is wonderful. It's an easy drive/walk/bike ride to the Tucson Mountain Preserve which has lots of options for hiking, desert walking and mountain biking. Road Runner park has a charming farmer's market Saturdays 8-12. I was very happy to bike over to that and get so much beautiful fresh produce and fun regional specialties. There's a nice bike path that crosses 36th street just at the,.. northeast corner of the park and runs several miles. Good shopping and amenities are all close by. We highly recommend this property!

Great Property

Perfect location in a nice neighborhood. House was great, with plenty of space and numerous amenities. The kids (5/3) didn't want to leave and that's all that really matters. We had a great time!

Awesome!

This property was great. The owner met us there on arrival giving us a brief tour and ways to reach him with any questions we had. The property was clean and comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor TV were a awesome and different touch. Coffee bar was much appreciated and made my girlfriend happy. Fridge had a few water bottles. I’d recommend and come to this property again.

Great Quiet VRBO

Our stay for the week at this lovely VRBO was perfect! Check in was very easy, host is very communicable. The pool and amenities were more than we could ask for. Beds were more comfortable to us than most hotels! Lol Will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are in town.

Birthday vacation

This property was wonderful. One of the top VRBO properties I’ve ever rented. Clean and comfortable. Lots of space for a larger group (four adults, one teen and one toddler) with the split floor plan. Backyard was gorgeous, tons of space for lounging and for the kids to play, with Mountain views! Hot tub and outdoor TV were awesome. Pool is beautiful and perfectly clean, it is not heated and thus we only used for a short amount of time. Coffee bar was stocked with KCups and ground coffee. Fridge was stocked with water bottles and canned bubbly water. Overall, hosts were very helpful. They meet you on arrival and give you a brief tour of the property. Property was a less than 10min drive to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve for beautiful hiking for all experience levels, our toddler even went for a 2mile hike. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale shopping and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip, very relaxing, would recommend.

Great place!

This is a beautiful and homey place to stay! Very clean, comfortable beds, close to everything we wanted to do while visiting Arizona. The hot tub with the tv was such a great way to relax at night. The pool is very clean and big, although not heated so we didn’t spend much time in it. Would definitely recommend this home if you are visiting Phoenix!
