Ruined vacation!!!

Do NOT stay at this property !! Any property by Boulevard do not stay. This property was nothing that they advertised. They said it was a Luxe pool property . NO it was not. The pool was closed the whole time we were there. This condo is owned by a corporation and you cannot contact anyone but a bot. No response from anyone. No resolution to issues. Our number one criteria for a rental was a pool . No alternative to this pool closure. Also this unit was a bare bones unit. Outlets did not work, bathtub/shower was coated in grease . Upstairs neighbors were stomping, loud music, dragging furniture around all night every night all night long .

Frustrating AI communication

The hassle I encountered getting in to this place was ridiculous. I received multiple AI generated messages as to when I would get the check in codes. I had a long day of flights from Florida and still had not received the info to get into this place when I arrived at the complex. I then received a message with a link that didn’t work. After some effort I got a real person to send the info to me in a text. Way too much hassle! Multiple electronics did not work until I again contacted the host company. No power to the TV, kitchen and dining table lights. I stuffed garbage bags in the gaps of the patio doors to keep mosquitos from coming in. There are no dressers or chests to put clothes in so you either leave them in your suitcase or on a shelf in the closet. I wouldn’t book here again.
