We had a group of 9 going to the Morgan Wallen concert, and decided we’d rent a house with a pool. I found this one and liked it, so we rented. So much room for all of us and the pool was great. Had everything we needed for a great weekend. Sam the host responded back quickly to answer my questions. I will keep this rental saved for sure. Thank you.

Great Stay

The home was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our trip being close to golf courses, hiking, and old town. Overall, a great place to stay and explore Scottsdale.

Great Experience

Location was perfect for hiking shadow mountain and close enough to get most anywhere in 20min. The house was in good condition and served well for 7 of us. We loved the pool/patio, making a fire and outdoor games. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen for any meal. Loved that the bar was available with drinks and we added to the selection.

Home was clean some issues though such as no propane in barbecue, pool was practically unusable because it was to cold. There were only five chairs around the patio table, there should’ve been six. Master bedroom upstairs was really cold through the entire stay. Futon beds upstairs were very uncomfortable. There should have been real beds. It would be helpful to have some lamps in the house for reading, especially in the front reading area. we looked but couldn’t find any information on using tv’s. no real welcome book/list for information on the area would have been very helpful. Usually homes have access to the garage. Kitchen was nice, but not enough plates. we would not stay in home again

Lovely home and neighborhood

Lovely home and neighborhood. Especially great for families to use the pool and basketball courts. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very nice. A couple things could be updated - sofa in family room and the cook ware. Both are pretty dated. Adding a few more towels would be great but I understand they can be taken. The ice maker didn’t work but Sam was responsive and very helpful. He is a great asset to the property. Overall all our stay was excellent and we would rent it again. Thank you

Fun times in Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay at the Luxe. Our kids loved the basketball court and pool (although a bit chilly in March). We also loved that we could hike up Shadow peak from our front door. Our host Sam was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, a great stay. Thanks!

chef’s kiss for 4 Generations

Our group of 10 ranged in age from 2yo to 73yo. Every generation found the home comfortable with so much space to find a quiet corner to tuck into a good book, gathering in the front den to be entertained by impromptu concerts, or ending the day cuddled in the plush sofas to binge watch the latest series release. The pool, although cold for this time of year, provided opportunities to try our hand at cold plunges. The basketball court saw lots of friendly competition between cousins (thank you to the neighbors for returning rouge balls over the fence). We appreciated that the pantry was well stocked with herbs and spices and various oils and vinegars. The kitchen supplies made us feel like we were in our home kitchen with all the tools we needed. And lastly the toddler toys were lovingly enjoyed by our 2yo. Not having to create makeshift enrichment activities was appreciated. We look forward to returning to this home in warmer weather to fully enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and grilling area. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful Home!

This is a very large comfortable home. They have provided all the amenities you could need and then some! I would stay here again if ever in the area!
