Pool Heat Costs: Pool heating is available for $200 per day (must be requested in advance for the full duration of your stay).Unauthorized pool heat use will result in a $250 per day penalty.

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM (Late check-out past 10:15 AM without approval = $100 per hour)

Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM - 10:00 AM (Scottsdale ordinance)

No smoking indoors ($1,000 fee if violated)



Pet Policy:

This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.



No parties/events (Strictly enforced)

Max occupancy: 15 guests

Max parking: 3 cars (No RVs/motorhomes, no street parking)



Trash bins must be placed at the curb Monday night



Do not touch/move pool equipment ($500+ penalty for damage)



Commercial photography not allowed.

This home is located in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood, offering peace and privacy while being close to top attractions. Enjoy world-class golf courses, upscale shopping, fine dining, hiking trails, and the vibrant nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale. The home is near, making it easy to navigate the area.



Getting Around:

Security Cameras: For safety, cameras are placed at the front door and driveway (No indoor cameras).



Noise Monitors: Exterior monitors measure decibel levels to ensure compliance with city noise ordinances.



Maintenance: Landscaping & pool services are scheduled 1-2 times per week (we cannot guarantee exact times).



Other Things to Note:

Garage is for storage & not available for parking

Convenient access to golf, trails, and shopping

Exterior security cameras on property

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy



Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
