Enjoy luxury living at its finest at Kierland Greens. This professionally decorated, fully renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has high end finishes throughout. Everything is new and fresh, from the stone floors , appliances, furnishings, mattresses and bedding.There is a fully equipped granite and marble kitchen with a stainless appliances, along with a full laundry room for your convenience. There is a stacked stone fireplace in the Living Room and a glass door opening onto a furnished balcony. Kierland Greens offers some of Scottsdale’s finest dining, shopping, and golf all within walking distance. That includes Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Golf Club. On site heated pool, spa, fully equipped workout room, stainless barbecue grills, and an open air Ramada for dining add to the total resort experience in this beautiful, secure, gated community.

Beautiful and so convenient

My husband and I went to a conference in Scottsdale and needed a place to stay after the conference because we have friends who live in Scottsdale. Found this place on VRBO and it is just as the pictures show. It was perfect for our stay. The ONLY down side for our specific situation is that I didn’t realize the number of steps we would need to climb to get upstairs to the living area. My husband is handicapped and I guess I overlooked that fact. We were able to navigate it and enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful location at a good price

This is the second time we have stayed in this condominium complex, it’s so well located, two blocks from some “secret“ Pickleball courts, the fabulous Kierland resort and golf course, which is public, the Kierland Commons shopping complex and grocery store/nail salon/coffee shop. Honestly, you name it, it’s pretty close. Owner has decorated the home beautifully. Rey quite complex. Nice pool.

Great place to stay.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and that it was so close to a grocery store, great places to eat, and the event we were attending. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Phoenix area and wanting a nice place to stay.

Enjoying AZ

Great location near Kierland shops. Adjacent to busy Greenway so very noisy, especially on deck. Not for small children or guests with mobility issues as living area is up a flight of stairs. Kitchen nice but, compared to other VRBO’s, condiments were missing, only salt & pepper. Likewise for bathroom accessories. Also, counter is only for standing as it is too high for the stools. Garage is great. HVAC worked well. ROKU is included which was very nice. Nice community pool.

Great Central Kierland Location

Overall, the condo served us well and was nicely furnished. We enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, grill area and workout room. We loved the close proximity to Kierland Commons which offered wonderful dining and shopping.The reason we didn't give it 5 stars for location was because within the complex, this particular unit backs up to a very busy road with a lot of traffic noise and our balcony overlooked the parking lot. Also, there are a lot of stairs from garage/front entry to main floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but if we return we would search for a unit located away from the busy road.

Wonderful Condo - enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I really liked staying in this condo and feel happy to know, after our stay, that the great reviews of previous guests, were right on the money. It’s clean, pretty, and the beds were super comfy! Joseph was very easy to communicate with and hopefully, we will be staying there again.

Highly recommend

Beautiful property in great location. Great floor plan and amenities. Only critique is that the condo does not three beds as we originally thought with the listing but two beds and a pull-out sofa. Worked out well anyway and we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place!

We loved this condo for our family of four! It’s even nicer than the pictures, super clean, perfect location next to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and wonderful restaurants. The complex pool is very nice and it’s close to lots of fantastic golf courses. The property manager Joseph was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this condo!

Great Experience:

The unit is exactly as pictured, located in a great part of scottsdale adjacent to the Kierland golf course. Easy and fast communication with the property manager, spotless on check-in. Large garage for a SUV. Excellent location for golfing, relaxing. Hughly reccomend!!!

Great place.

Beautiful condo and complex in a great area of town. The hosts were quick to answer questions and process to check in etc.. went great. There was a lack of extra toilet paper and a couple of missing light bulbs, but a grocery store across the street so problem was easily solved.
