TERRIBLE customer service from Property Manager.
Worst customer experience in 10 years of renting VRBO’s. Upon arrival the pool was full of debris to the point of being unusable. Guest bedroom and bathroom had no working lights or working outlets. Contacted Property manager (Michelle) several times via text, calls and emails. No response other than a text stating pool is serviced once a week and they would get back to me (never addressed the electrical issues) and never got back to me. I finally reached her by calling several times where she indicated she was out of town, said there was no way the guest bedroom didn’t have electricity and then hung up on me. Seriously!!
The inside of home was very clean. The outdoor area hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (dead birds floating in hot tub and furniture and floors had to be cleaned before spending time out there.
The property manager (Michelle) must’ve finally passed my number on to someone as they did text the next day to schedule a pool service and electrician to come out. We were able to fix the electricity prior to that by flipping the breaker. We had to buy tools to clean the pool ourselves just to use it. Filter doesn’t work so constant skimming is required to use it comfortably.
I rented this home 2.5 years ago and it was amazing. Clearly under different management now. The house is BEAUTIFUL and has a ton of potential, however and unfortunately the neglect and poor customer service takes away from the overall experience where I would not recommend.
