Great place!

Property was clean and quiet for being in the middle of the city! Cute mid century modern charm. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft! Great food in the area. Would stay again 😊

We stayed for a few nights. The place was immaculate and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Will was a great host and we absolutely loved his dog Charlie. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Another great stay.

This was our second stay at Will’s, and again, everything was great. Clean, quiet, excellent beds, and a very handy laundry room. We enjoyed our time there, in spite of the sweltering heat. Will is readily available if needed, but otherwise you don’t know he’s there.

We had a wonderful experience with our VRBO condo. The space was clean and comfortable. And our host, Will, was so responsive to our needs. I’m so excited that we now have a great place to stay whenever we come to Phoenix!

Well appointed, quiet, immaculate, great location easily accessible to the whole valleyEverything about it is exactly as described. I was even able to get my big pickup truck under the covered parking, quite the bonus in the 115 degree heat we had during our stay.We were in town under unpleasant circumstances, having a quiet respite to return to after our outings was such a gift.Will is a wonderful host.This comment is ONLY about our experience, I don't mean it to detract in any way from the exceptional property: We have a quite geriatric dog and in the extreme heat we had he had few "potty" options. The only shade is over the turf area that I kept him 100% off of. He's never (yet) had an accident of any kind, but given his age/condition, I didn't want to risk being *that* guest. Morning walks in the neighborhood were ok, it was cool enough to get him out a little bit. But the rest of the day there is NO shade around the building so it was tough.Again, this is not to detract AT ALL from this very nice property, Will goes above and beyond! I just thought I'd add this for other pet owners' information. We wouldn't stay here again in the summer with a dog but absolutely would stay here again otherwise!!!

Great stay for the area!

This is the cutest little place. Nicely located near lots of restaurants and very spacious. It was extremely quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. It was also a really good place a show at cardinals stadium. It was about 30 minutes but it made it super affordable

Obsessed!

I am so in love with this VRBO. It is super cute, very clean, and the neighborhood seemed extremely safe. Definitely not one of the cheap, thrown together rentals. You can see the love that was put into this place.

Great stay near north of downtown PHX

We stayed for 10 days at this unit and it was a convenient central location for spring training baseball and access to hiking in the PHX area. The patio is a pleasant place to sit at the end of the day. Off-street covered parking is a plus. Host Will lives next door and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. We recommend this unit!

Super Comfortable

This stay was great! The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, clean and quiet. The place had everything we needed (and more)! The courtyard was very welcoming also. Will put a detailed and well organized manual together that covered all the details of the property and surrounding area; it was very helpful. He also took the time to make sure everything was going well during our stay, which I have never experienced with other hosts. We had a great time in this safe, cozy, quiet condo. Definitely worth it and will absolutely book again!

Never disappoints!

I've stayed with this host at his properties several times. The units are always sparkling clean, well appointed and super comfortable. Convenient Mid-Town location is central to Phoenix. This host has been the easiest person to reach, before, during and after my stays! Don't hesitate to book, you won't be sorry!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, warm, and inviting, plus we felt secure with the gate keypad and our own lock & key. Nice area close to lots to do and eat/drink.

Great house Great location

This owner knows what they're doing. The house was so clean and organized. The attention to detail was amazing. Super nice yard and roomy home. Beds were comfy and air conditioner worked really well. Location of this home is right in the middle of everything!

We’ve never been more pleased. Price, communication and location was great. We never had one issue. Will was the best host in my 10 years of using this service. Don’t miss out on this great location. Excellent central Phoenix location!

Very nice, clean and centrally located. Will is an excellent host and not a "Corporate minion"! This was a perfect spot for my business trip to Phoenix!
