What a great stay! Clean comfortable excellent sized kitchen. Plenty of things to fill Your needs. Towels, dishes, large fridge, clean bbq gril, fun games and close to many food shopping and entertainment. When we come back to Tempe we will be staying again!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. The pool was a highlight for the kids, and the location made it easy to get around the Phoenix area. Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay at Tempe Palms. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked with anything you will need. The highlight of the home is the fabulous backyard, including the heated pool, large patio, plenty of chairs and fun games. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at ASU. We loved our stay!

Perfect Multi-Family Getaway House

My family recently had a stay at Tempe Palms and what a great house!! We had another family stay with us and there was plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms with 4 KING sized beds in them! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes one would need to enjoy eating in or it was close enough to many restaurants for eating out!! We spent the majority of our time in the backyard in the amazing pool and playing some yard games!! This house was very close to the Airport, Chase field, ASU campus, Phoenix Zoo and many other attractions! We had an amazing week and will look to rebook in the future!!

Perfection

Our stay from the moment we entered the front door was nothing but amazing. The home is extremely clean, family oriented layout, and exactly what we needed to accommodate our pre-Thanksgiving dinner! The adult children loved the warm pool, the outdoor games, and we unwinded at the table playing board games. The VRBO team responded quickly with any messages sent. Feels just like home, only better!

Wow. Great place. We’ve rented several vacation rental homes over the years. This one is the best by far. Location was great for our graduation week at ASU. Very comfortable beds pool was really nice. Everything was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with commercial tinfoil, spices, a lot of things that you would otherwise have to buy. Neighborhood felt very safe too. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Stay at an Affordable Price!

Everything was perfect! How perfect? Didn’t have to reach out to the host the entire visit! The house is amazing. The backyard, pool and game room were A++++. The pool looks just like the pictures; by far cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. We had 9 people, including 4 kids. They loved it!! Let me know if you ever decide to sale the place! LOL

Great stay near ASU campus

We enjoyed our stay at Tempe Palms. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Coffee pods for the Keurig, Pods for the washing machine, and Shampoo/ Body wash in the bathrooms. Appreciated that there was not an extra charge to have the pool heated. Fun games in the backyard and garage. It was about a 10 minute drive to Arizona State University. Would recommend if you're looking for a place in Tempe.

Thanksgiving family dinner.

We had two adults and two adult children from out of state and local Chandler family meet for Thanksgiving dinner. Our 25' Airstream fit in the driveway. My wife was able to make the 7 desserts the night before. Minor issue with something prior guests had baked in the oven but we were able to clean that up whatever it was. My wife loves the property everyone enjoyed the pool. And the solid floors made it safe for our dog indoors. We are thinking of booking again next year.

The best place to stay!

Tempe Palms is such a cozy spot to stay. The location makes it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the valley (DT Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, etc.) in 20 minutes or less. We couldn't believe how well-stocked the kitchen is. Pots, pans, plastic wrap, spices, cooking utensils, even a crock pot! The backyard was perfect for our dogs, it's spacious and well maintained. There's lots to do around the house for entertainment; from foosball to cornhole we never got bored! I'd recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place to crash with friends or a family getaway. Such a hidden gem!
