there was nothing I didn't like about this property. very fair pricing, well appointed, very clean and in a quite area. Well located , close to attractions of the city but easy access to airport I would seek it again on a return trip;

Terrible communication, was given the wrong information to get into the place and I could never reach anyone by phone. Email took 2 days each time. This alone was very anxiety inducing. Would not book with this company ever again. The place itself was fine, not super clean, no coffee/filters, lots of little issues.

What a mess!

Booked this for a little getaway w my hubby. We were SO excited could NOT wait to get there. You have to check in the day before. I couldn’t call because they were closed. I tried to do it online and the site just kept buffering and redirecting me so we figured that we’d go to the office when we got there. Called the office and they’re closed. Looked for an after hours number but nothing. Tried online and no after hours member. No way to get in. Had to book ANOTHER hotel for the trip. Now we’re disputing the charge and they DONT WANT TO GIVE US OUR MONEY!!! So disappointing.
