A Perfect Place to Stay

Mountain View Getaway
Great location with shopping and restaurants close. Two issues though. The parking carport is a long walk from the front door. That's not an issue unless it's raining or you're carrying a lot of things in for a long stay. The other issue was the bed was extremely hard. Just our personal opinion though. Otherwise, comfortable for ours stay.

Lovely stay
I truly enjoyed my visit. I had my coffee on the morning patio as I watched the golfers go by each day. My favorite feature was the king size bed. It was amazing. I would recommend!

some real issues here
We have stayed her previously, but this recent stay will be our last. A/C was not turned on (110 outside) and the unit was 94 when we arrived. It was 84 degrees inside 3 hours later and we continued to text the Rental Advisor representative for help. It did cool down by bedtime. The refridgerator was not working - ice was water and freezer was room temperature. We had to throw away food. I texted the representative on all of this with no help or response.

Fantastic get away
Spent 5 days here, and we had a great time. The condo was well equipped, and within 30 minutes of every attraction we visited, which were planned before we knew where we were staying. Neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back if we're in the area again!

The property and location were great. The place could have been cleaner, and when we got there, there was a broken lightbulb in one of the desklamps in the bedroom. The broken glass from the lightbulb was on the table and the base of the bulb was still screwed into the lamp. I unplugged it and got the base out and replaced the bulb. There also was a large dead bug in one of the cupboards. The inside of some of the drawers were dirty, and should have been cleaned out. Other than that, we enjoyed the property and its ammenities.

Good stay, quiet property, comfortable accommodations!
The booking process was very accommodating to my date changes, great communication for checkin, so easy to find. This unit is part of an old golf club that needs a serious clean up, but the courtyard this unit sits in is very well kept. The unit was very well stocked and comfortable for my week long stay!

Overall good, but BOYTP
In fairness, there were a lot of great things about this place. It was very cute, clean and a good location, however, we personally didn't have the best experience. After checking in at 10pm we woke up the next morning and the small bit of toilet paper initially provided was out after only a couple of uses. I messaged the caretaker where I could find more in the condo, and was unapologetically told that the property owner was no longer supplying toilet paper for the entire stay due to costco one pack per visit policy. I feel like this is a necessary amenity that should be provided for anyone staying away from home, and is currently not that difficult to find since it is sold at more places than just costco. At the very least we should have been informed of this new policy so we could have bought some when we stopped at the store the first time. Instead, we were left with nothing that morning and had to make an extra trip just for the basic essentials. It left a bad taste in my mouth so we personally will not be staying here again.

Perfect for our needs
For only my husband & I, this place was perfect. It was very clean, the view each morning was beautiful, and it was quiet. Grocery stores are close by, and many good restaurants, too. We would stay here again without any hesitation. I would suggest that you study a map of the apartment location closely before arriving. The instructions provided are completely accurate, but don't make sense until you're actually following them. We got there close to midnight, so we still wandered a bit because the unit numbers are hard to make out in the dark. But the effort was worth it, it was such a nice place!

Great location but beware of street noise, just off main thoroughfare. The kitchen was well stocked but I wished that the dishes and cookware were updated. No spices in kitchen except pepper. Outside furniture needs cushions, iron chairs. But location is great, easy walking paths and works for most things
