Close to downtown

The property was clean and extremely well stocked. Location was perfect. My visit was health related so i cant say anything about fun places in the area but coffee shops and restaurants were abundant.

Excellent Location/Modern Living

Unit was great for our weekend in Phoenix. Easy to get to from airport and walkable location. It had enough space for us to spread out and enjoy the super-bowl. My only suggestion is to stock the unit with more kitchen supplies.

Absolutely love!

This place was beautiful and so clean! I also especially loved that the owners kept in touch with me and were very easy to get a hold of. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of storage everywhere! My roommate and I loved that the rooms were set up completely apart because it allowed for privacy and also we could not hear one another in the morning/night. We definitely would book here again and highly recommend for long term stays!

Beautiful large sunny apartment

We loved the apartment- it had a large common area with plenty of seating, two big bedrooms with private baths, and a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and downtown. There is one flight of stairs up to the apartment- not a problem for us but good to know. Very quiet neighborhood.

The property and all amenities were as described and the house is freshly remodeled. Neighborhood is remodeling a few homes and was quiet for us. Would recommend and rent again if needed. Communicating with owners was seamless and easy.
