Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🦚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Garage is not available. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

The location is great and the house was fantastic. Leah was extremely helpful for the entire stay and made sure everything was perfect. All the amenities needed for a longer stay are there and no need to worry about anything. Would defiantly stay again!

Beyond Expectations!!

A group of 7 long-time friends stayed here and we cannot say enough about how this place was so perfect for us. Close to shopping and groceries plus the sightseeing we had planned. The backyard pool area was amazing. So completely perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

This house was super comfortable and absolutely spotless. The location is great - about a mile or two from every store and restaurant you could possibly want. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, which were ready to use at the moment we arrived.

Fabulous Property!

The house is huge and stocked with everything you might need and beautifully decorated. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great size. We didn’t try the hot tub as the weather was too hot while we were there. The covered patios and gardens are also lovely. Leah is a great host and we would highly recommend staying here 😊

We were happy with our stay. The owner was very communitive. They let us know what to expect ahead of our stay. Master bedroom was beautiful! It was nice to have snacks and drinks for us in the fridge if we wished to partake. The light in the laundry room was a great guessing game to figure out. :) We recommend staying here!! Great family destination

It was an awesome place for a family get together. It is a beautiful house stocked with everything we needed. The family spent most of the time in the backyard oasis enjoying the pool, hot tub, waterfall and grill. The amenties Leah leaves for guests was also nice touch. She is an awesome hostess and we had plenty of instructions and she was also readily available if needed. The house is in a great neighborhood. Also only minutes away for lots of activities other than just the sports complex. Altho it is a big benefit having the games so close. Would definitely recommend this as a great family destination especially for spring training.

Great family oasis for spring break

Check in process and communication with host was easy and awesome. Home was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. Backyard was perfect isolated (walled) oasis with heated pool and simple hot tub. Close enough to Phoenix to get to a baseball game. Far enough out to get to some northern hiking trails. A Little Bit of Heaven

Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to stores (costco, boot barn, walmart) this beautiful clean house exceeded our expectations. Leah went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We did not get to use the pool, BBQ or hot tub this visit as our schedule was so full. I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again next year. Thank you Leah :)

Great stay!

We are locals but wanted a change of scenery and a pool for the 4th of July. We couldn’t have picked a better place. There wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t at the house! Leah the owner has thought of everything. From just about every kitchen supply, glass plates, plastic plates, some drinks and snacks, pool floats, air pump, hot tub, washer and dryer, pool, lights by the pool….the list can go on. And talk about clean!! Leah had great communication and checked on us to make sure we were happy. You can’t go wrong staying here!
