House Rules: We kindly ask you to treat the home with care and respect. You break it, you buy it.
★ Important Information ★
- Events: We do allow certain events/experiences. Please contact us for a pre-approval.
- Quiet Hours: to respect our neighbors and follow Scottsdale restrictions, quiet hours are 8:00PM - 8:00AM. Please limit noise during these times.
We have noise decibel monitors installed in this property. These do not record voices. They measure decibels.
- Early Check In & Check Out: Please request in advance for early arrival or late departure ($250)
- Late Checkout: Due to the size of the villa, the cleaning takes a minimum of 6 hours. A delay in departure is a $250 fee per hour.
- Pet Friendly: We love our fur babies and they are welcome! $150/pet- 2 pets max.
- Pet Damages: Please clean up after your pets!
If pee or poo is found during cleaning, fees will be incurred.
$150 per instance + charge to replace damaged items.
-No smoking inside the property.
Additional charge between $1500 for same day odor remediation if incurred.
-Pool Maintenance: Completed every Friday. Please allow them access if you're using the pool area at that time.
- Outdoor Maintenance & Landscaping: The pool vacuum is active every night and remains in the pool. Given that we are in the desert, sand blows into the pool & outdoor furniture everyday and the vacuum helps maintain the cleanliness.
- We are in the desert thus our backyard is gravel. For a lush and green escape, we do not recommend our property.
-Security: Please note that we take the home and neighborhood's security very seriously.
- Camera Disclosure: We have cameras installed in the front of the garage, front entry door, and exterior/pool area to protect the home. Cameras facing the pool can be turned off upon request.
-No unregistered guests on the property unless a prior event agreement has been made with us. We do require the name of each guest in the event of an emergency and for our insurance.
-After booking and prior to receiving entry details, you will be asked to submit a photo ID and a fully refundable $1500 -$2000 deposit. This temporary hold is released within 48-72 hrs of your leave pending a property inspection.
