Community Noise Ordinance Rules: Activities outside must be quiet after 10 pm. We do not expect guests to stop enjoying the pool or backyard spaces, but we absolutely insist that your volume is down and not travelling over property lines after 10pm to respect our neighbors. "If the police are called to the house because of unruly noise or partying, guests are subject to immediately being removed from the property without any refund of reservation paid, regardless of how many remaining days are left on booking.
